One of the other forums I go to has one of these threads and I've been turned on to some good movies that other regulars just watched. I was kind of surprised not to see a similar thread here (at least not that I could find.) Big Grin

I just rewatched "Kinamand" - a cute drama about a Danish plumber who gets involved in an arranged marriage with a Chinese illegal. Good stuff (Netflix instant.)

So what have you folks watched recently?

"Waiting for Superman" - A decent documentary/critique on the public school system and alternative options. The director did a good job humanizing it by following several students as they tried to luck into better schools.

"The Human Experience" - Another doc, about a group of young adults that go on a few "life lesson" type adventures. It was decent, if not a bit heavy handed with trying to force the viewer to be inspired by their messages/

Bridesmaids. Believe it or not, my husband wanted to see it. A lot of his guy friends were saying that it was hysterical.

It was just okay.
