Are there any significant differences between the 3-fan and 2-fan versions of the 5060 ti 16GB? I just bought that crazy good deal for the $1k Costco prebuilt, but it came with a dual-fan 5060 which I figured out after is a bottleneck for the CPU it came with. It looks like there's more space for a larger card in it, not really sure how that works though.

Stick with dual fan cards. Functionally, there's very little performance difference between a 3 and 2 fan card, but a 2 fan card won't put physical strain on your motherboard, and they also won't create an airflow and cable routing mess.
