My last one didn't have it, but the one I got in Nov. does. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. The kids have a habit of getting something out of the dryer and then leaving the door open, so I walk by and it's just sitting there on.

So.... Adobe says that elementary students are qualified to get educational pricing for their products.

My 2nd grader is on book 4 of the Harry Potter series, is an analytical thinker and is VERY interested in computers and technology. nod

So do I go for it? Whee

What do you get and how much does it cost? If it's Acrobat - there are cheaper PDF creators so unless you're editing tons of PDFs it may not be worth the price. Would you use the full version of PhotoShop or can you get by with Elements or an alternative like Gimp?

Now, if it's for the full Creative Suite and sub-$200 I'd (personally) jump on it - that gets you InDesign, Illustrator, I forget what else but it's a TON of tools you can use to do everything from publishing a newsletter to designing a park. Throw that together with the free version of Google's Sketch-Up and you have quite a suite of design tools...
