I'm hanging in there...got a new job...the old one was almost 12 years in July...Now I work for the people of the "great" state of CA....and now the boss wants us to work 4x9.5 hr days and it's a net 5% cut Scratchchin

Oh wow, that's a big change after 12 years! Hope it all works out for you... that 4x9.5 hr days stuff sounds like a bunch of bs though.

Best day ever... Went to Zumba, then floated in the pool with my friends until it was time to pick the boys up at school. Cool I have time to shower before swim team, at which point my sister will pick the boys up and I'll be kid-free for the weekend! Yahoo!

What did you do? I have dip bars on my total gym. They are not too hard. But haven't been able to get the 100 to unlock the quest.

i thought it was you work the triceps on a chair or other flat surface. the one they wanted was suspended in the air doing the same motion

I think it it should still count if you use a chair. Technically its the same movement except without a machine. Dontknow

Why the hell did I go to the gym and lift this morning when I knew I'd be working in the yard all day?

I must've hauled 500lbs. of rocks out of my yard today. All in 5 gallon buckets. Jesus. I knew it was bad but I didn't realize it was this bad! I can't even mow until I get more taken out - you wouldn't even know I was out there for three hours today! Mad Mad Mad

AND I'm completely exhausted. Like, I could go to bed now and sleep until tomorrow morning tired. But I have people coming over to watch Battlestar Galactica so I have to order some pizza and stay awake. laugh out loud

I loaded 500 lbs of sand into the car yesterday, then unloaded it, along with ten cinder blocks (wife and kid moved the other ten) and thirty six step stones (at forty two pounds each). I don't feel old today, though!
