It will happen regardless. It's a b/c family thing not a reward's card thing.

Who was it that said they pumped exclusively from 2 mos on? Teenbean? Anyway, Noah has refused the breast for 4 days now. He's had bottles here and there for a while now. Little boy has gotten lazy & used to the milk flowing fast. I'm only 1 bottle ahead of him while pumping.

A whole new diet for JJ, pumping exclusively for No-ey, I might just start knitting again with all this free time. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Good morning Wave Is anyone else up?

I am on my second cup of coffee.. enjoying it very much!

My DD went to bed early with no fights last night bounce DH and I were actually in the bed at 11:30, which is very rare! Of course, I couldn't get to sleep for awhile. Tossed and turned til almost 1 am. Got up early to make sure my oldest DD got off to her classes on time today.

My oldest DD starts her college classes this morning. I am very proud of her and excited. But, at the same time nervous.. My 16 year old at the college with people much older is kinda scary. Can't wait to hear how her first day goes Smilie

Oh, happy birthday to Cole, too! Yeah, Jaden has been in love with his. We got one of the small sets and then Mater for him to make. But he's pretty much a natural. nod I should have figured, because he's a whiz at building puzzles, doing word searches, anything analytical and technical, he figures it out.

We said good-bye to our church's youth pastor last night. He's moving to MI, taking on a senior pastor position. He'll be greatly missed - probably the best youth pastor I've ever met. The kids had so much respect for him and his wife. Kinda sad today.

Did anyone else see the post in last week's Wags thread about the free movie M&Ms pkgs? Its the small, single serve packages, mostly peanut butter and pretzel, that have the free movie tickets on them. You enter the code inside and can win free tickets, or $$ off tickets. Out of 13 codes, I got one code that won 2 free tickets (up to $12 each), and then 12 codes that won $3 off a ticket. Wave Actually M2C, my kids start on Thursday..Their school does a staggered day start for K'ers where 4-5 students go in each day and the entire class comes together on Friday....But yeah I am anxious and scared...This morning I did a trial run for packing their lunch bags and snack box...The kids are excited but they are not liking the fact that I cannot walk them to the class everyday...Yes, they are in the same class...

Wasn't me. I nursed both girls for 12 months, but only ever had used a hand pump when I was at work. Actually my oldest hated drinking from the bottle. When she first started daycare, they couldn't get her to drink and I had to drive in during lunch and nurse her. They also told me that I held my baby too much, which caused her to want to be held at daycare. I never really liked them...

I exclusively pumped from week #1 through 9 months and then used my stash to get her through 12 months...if you have any questions or need help, let me know!! Smilie

I also pumped from week one on. Just couldn't get him to take anything but the bottle. In the end it was a blessing as by pumping I was able to produce enough milk for my son as well as 3 other children in need. I tell you I felt like a frigging milk factory for a while there. I was actually pumping well over a gallon a day! And still working full time.

The hacker changed my security question/answer so I couldn't answer it. But the other form thingy asked for things like previous passwords, subjects of some recent emails, files other than default. I had one called "Target" laugh out loud.

My husband has always been a stickler with JJ's sugar intake. Sure he had sugar in his normal diet, but he still has sugar in his diet with the things I now cook/bake from scratch. He is still a little spitfire, but that's his personality stamp. He's just not swinging from the chandeliers bonkers now. I'm telling ya, those preservatives, artificial colors/flavors are not an easy thing for anyone to process.

Made waffles from scratch and it literally took me 3 minutes to whip up the batter. They were slammin'. But who doesn't like breakfast for dinner?!?! Cooked up a little ham to go with it and called it dinner!

I subbed out regular milk with coconut milk. They were soooooooo light and fluffy!

I'm going to make a big batch of them and keep them in the fridge. I'll put that chickpea snickerdoodle spread on them for a little protein. I've been thinking about getting some hemp protein powder to sneak into a few things. I was thinking flax but apparently it raises estrogen levels...not a good thing for a little boy. laugh out loud
