Plus I have a ton of work to do on our van (like a 12 hour project) and I have to wait till next week when it drops back down into the 70's to do it now. Was really hoping to be done by now.
This sounds sad but I've actually become a 2 product hair guy. That Pantene BB cream does a pretty good job of taming my hair with no stiffness, and then a little pomade to keep the front going. Dang when did I become one of those people!
these things don't amuse me as much ... I think it is because I finally got my head out of the sand and realize I've wasted a good part of the past 2 years hiding in SD. Short story...I feel like coupon shopping is the only thing I am good at and I'm not good enough to get an engineering job so why even apply.
My damn low self-esteem has gotten the best of me. Found out about Adult Children of Alcoholics group a month ago and still haven't gone. It hurts me to look weak when I should be thinking this will make me stronger. I can't believe I'm posting this.

don't know what kind of engineering you do, but it might be just that there is a scarcity of jobs in your field in your area.
a very long time ago, my friend was in mech E and there were just no jobs up here. i got him a job at the gap, where i worked at the time. he worked for 6 months and said it was the hardest job he ever did at the time. he ended up having to go to atlanta for a job w/ hitachi chemical. then he went to b school and now he works in risk mgmt.
hugs for the other stuff. just go and check it out. maybe it will make you feel better. if you never try, you won't succeed. and if at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again.
