what are the rules for consumption?
what counts as fully consumed?
does the whole thing have to be eaten?
who gets what if the chille is fully eaten?
what is lost if it is not?
what happens if it goes in the mouth and is spat out?
what happens if a bite is taken and swallowed but sp33d backs out and doesnt consume any more?
does consuming water/milk/ice cream/bread consitute a loss of the bet?
is there a time limit?

Don't sweat it, you can blame it on the cross-country trip. It's very exhausting to travel that far. What is it, about 1800 to 2000 miles?
