Did you watch?
For a show on a non premium cable channel, I thought it was very good. I never read the comic, so I don't know how it compares, but I'll be watching every Sunday. pisses me off that I don't get AMC in HD though.

I guess Rick had to get rid of the pigs anyway if they're tainted, but there was no reason to take them out in the truck when the zombies were leaving the fence just fine simply by going after Rick.

Nah, can't be him, because he'd be smarter than to leave the rat bodies on the ground for Detective Daryl to easily find.

The pigs were tainted, or so we think, but they needed to get the zombies focused on something concretely away from the fence, for a while, so they could buttress it and not just wander back to the fence when Rick was too far. They needed blood.
I had thought about the Gov, but I don't see how he gets inside the fence, much less inside the prison.. someone said something about the little girls maybe feeding the walkers, because they gave them names and were treating them like people or pets. But there's no way they could drag out two people alone..
I just didn't like where Carol was going with all that...but the little girls is bat sh*t crazy too.
The whole Carol scene was dumb. Hey, come see your dad who is about to turn into a zombie and try to kill you. And you two girls should be the ones to stab him in the face. Because even though you have trouble stabbing anything right now, the first thing you should stab and the image you should keep in your mind for the rest of your lives is you stabbing your dad in the face.
I wanted to high-five the youngest one later out by the fence when she gave her sister a reality check. She's like a mini Daryl. I think that will be her new name: mini-Daryl.
I'm pretty sure I saw her in the trailer for the next episode riding an obnoxiously-loud motorcycle.
So in my mind, I like that they introduced a completely new virus and it makes sense... All the bleeding eye things have this new, not walker virus, but a virus that will kill you quickly and since you are already carrying the walker virus TOO...it is doubly tough.

Also, when the crazy b---- stabbed herself in the woods, on last week's episode, and Rick was just hanging around talking to her, I was practically yelling at the TV for him to smash her head with a rock.

If she wants to desensitize them to the walkers, make them work the fence... I think the group is going to start to push for that (or hope at least).
I don't understand how they kill hundreds/thousands of walkers that are pushing up against the fence but yet there are not huge piles of bodies out in front...why are they going out there and moving them? Why not use them as a natural deterrent...just leave them in a pile to mask your smell and sounds.
But I think they really need to work a little harder at barricading the fence area. A little chainlink is not going to hold up to continued and constant pushing..

EDIT: trying to remember that bridge scene...weren't the people just standing on a flat bed and being up that 3 feet made them safe because the walkers are that uncoordinated?
