Have any of you heard of Bragg (brand name) Liquid Aminos? It is a all natural all purpose seasoning made from soy protein. To me it tastes exactly like soy sauce! It is really good. I guess we are out of soy sauce, I usually buy kikoman (sp) so I can't compair soduim but this Liquid Aminos has 160 mg sodium in a half teaspoon. How does that compare to regular soy sauce?

I head this stuff has less salt in it than soy sauce and no dye so we tried it and I really like it. As far as ingredients the only thing it lists is: Vegetable protien from soy beans and purified water.

we use organic low sodium soy sauce (no colors etc) and it is about 400 mg in a tablespoon. not sure what the tsp to tbsp conversion is...

i was about to buy bragg aminos this past week cos it was on sale... but then we still have quite a bit of soy sauce left so i stayed away. it is a great product! we've used it before!

we also really love organic tamari sauce. tamari dark soy sauce, essentially. fermented longer. much higher in sodium than low sodium soy sauce (double actually), but it is very, very, very intensely flavored so a little dash goes a long way.

Only have a few mins..

Regarding the olay.. the body wash was not tagged
Lots of cleaners/toners, etc.. some in the 3.00-3.50 range.. BUT, non of them matched the barcode of the 1.00 coupon from the last insert.. it was 37000.. so, it will beep. I wasn't in the mood for a fight, and didn't get any this time..

Made a nice stop to cvs last night to roll my bucks for another few weeks.. Can't wait til black friday shoppingbounce

So you have to drive super fast to T and then get stranded in the parking lot!

For the Olay I've been doing to following:
6 body washes
6 travel secret
6 toners
- 6 x $5 body wash Qs
- 6 x $1 olay Qs

Works out to be about $17, get back $15 in GC.

The olay Qs attach to the secret and only take off .97, but then they don't beep. Since everyone has been sick my only shopping opportunities are at the not so friendly store, so I'll gladly pay .03 for a non-beeper and no hassle.

Had a weirddd dream last night. Dreamt I was in school and taking a test that I couldn't finish- was painfully slow and only finished 1/4 of it before I had to turn it in. Then I had to stay and finish, but instead, my old friends mom decided to cut my hair. But then she drugged me with a tranquilizer and I remember my body going limp. And then I was at a farm, crying because there were bees everywhere.

Uhm, way to go subconscious. Normally I just dream about shopping Big Grin
