Although, I have a recipe for chicken in a biscuits that's sort of a cupcake like item. Don't see why it wouldn't work to use up turkey leftovers.
Gonna be traveling Tuesday. I need to go through my coupons and see if there is anything I need to do as far as a Target run. I still have no idea what we are getting our son for Christmas and I have to figure that out! Got a little more time to figure out DD since she will be here for Christmas.
Gonna go cut the tree today.
The hotel without kids was super nice...although both nights we were totally sacked by the time we got back there....

I bought the HP dv7 from Sam's. First I bought the this one, Model: dv7-4087CL [samsclub.com]. Took it back when I was getting a little electrical tingle when touching the aluminum case.
Then I bought this one, Model: dv7-41697CL. [samsclub.com]
Still getting the same little electrical tingle. Contacted HP and they are sending box for return and fix, hopefully.
It is probably caused by the old 2 wire wiring in my home and don't know if HP has a fix for that.
If I unplug it from A/C adapter there is no tingle.

Which $10? Philips - Oral B?69055 40061getgreen, if you search "discontinued cosmetics" you get a tone of different sites. I think cosmeticmall.com is the one I have bought from a number of times. Awesome about MAC though! I had no idea!
Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving and BF shopping! We were in Pittsburgh and it only ended up taking 4.5 hrs to get there, instead of the 5.5 quoted by google maps!
BF shopping: only went to T. DH and I got there at 3:50 and there were probably, without exaggeration, 500+ waiting in line outside in freezing rain. We just stayed in the car until we saw the line moving and before we even got into the store, tons of people were already coming out with paid-for TVs. By the time we got in the store all the TVs were sold...I hadn't been very optimistic about getting one but I got the dual screen dvd player, tomtom, LOTR, camcorder and a bunch of other crap. DH got in line with our cart while I was scurrying around the store with a basket. Absolute mayhem. When we were almost to check out, I quickly went back to get a couple more C9 fleece tops for the boys and lo & behold what was sitting in a cart with no one around? The freaking 40" Westinghouse! I stood there for a minute to see if someone came back and then snatched it up! DH and I couldn't believe our luck. We had a super jedi cashier too. I found some of the expired $4 hasbro board games Qs in my binder and I said, too bad I couldn't use them on the $3.99. She told me that they were trained to take each and every Q that day and allowed me to use them all! I had over 20 left and was able to get all the games plus give some to another toy shopper. It was a fantastic BF. I think DH is hooked now.

Well, shoot. I was hoping that since it's a holiday weekend there wouldn't be any inserts. Love my coupons, but a week off now and then is nice.

Yep, we got the Vicks too -- usually wrapped with an old piece of flannel. All over the chest too. And, yes, it did work and I still use it now and then.

Then I came home tried to nap for an hour but basically laid in bed with my eyes closed while my mind went wild.
And I went to work at 8am until 5! They were suppose to let us go early and that didn't happen of course.
Yesterday I mnanaged to use all my tgifs and curel qs except 3 of each which I'm ok with because I have no space in any of our freezers left.
Today I am stayinmg home and getting the tree out!
That TPC would suck considering it has been $37.99

2 Large Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, sliced into eighths.
2 Cans (8) Crescent Rolls
2 Sticks of Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Tbs. Cinnamon
1 Can (12 oz.) Mt. Dew (not diet)
Wrap each piece of apple in one crescent roll. Lay in 9 x 13 pan
Melt butter and mix in cinnamon and sugar. Spoon over the rolls. Pour the can of Mt. Dew over the whole thing.
Bake at 325 for 45 minutes
Let stand 15 - 20 minutes
Let me just add that I HATE Mt. Dew. This does not taste like Mt. Dew and is delicious.

I was so excited w/my T run tonight. Got DD a pair of church shoes that she desperately needed. Couldn't have done it without ya'll.
That is AWESOME!!! I think some people get in, grab those big items in an adrenaline rush, then realize they can't afford/don't need/don't want and the rush is over. I have swooped in before on smaller items and got what I wanted before
boy does that bring back memories. when I was a kid, we would get the Vicks on our chests and neck, then a towel heated up on the stove, pinned around the Vicks covered areas overnight. When it was really bad, we had a little tent made of pillows and sheets with the humidifier under it with us. Those old tricks still work though and I've used it on my kiddos !
I wish we would have found an abandoned TV, I think people also grab stuff for other people that are not there or they just get a extra one or two and then don't need them and leave them.
I remember the Vicks too, I should buy some, I don't think we have any in the medicine cabinet, if it is in there it is still burried under old Robo and Tylenol.
And it has been snowing off and on all day.
