I was already taking 400 IU and came in pretty deficient, so my doctor upped it to 4,400 IU.

During the summer, my husband and I ride our motorcycles a lot so that gets me out of the house and something to look forward to. I'm currently experiencing PMS (parked motorcycle syndrome) and going insane lol.
