Woman in a Government car is a lunatic. With pics!

Long story short I'm sitting at a red light that has a left turn lane ONLY that is to my left of course.
Light turns green I go straight.
I make it 100% of the way through the intersection, when all of a sudden there is a PRIUS hood at my drivers side window....GOING MY DIRECTION!!! Scared the **** out of me! The car is on the wrong side of a busy road (1pm on a Friday)...
I lay on the horn and slow down to let in this lunatic.
The person gets infront of me.......and what to do I see???
How's my driving?? on her bumper!! It has a website (which I can probably figure out) on it!! I start to smile.
The light infront of us turns red, it is red for at least a full second before we get to it......My window is down and I'm mouthing the words "I'm going to report you"
She says something back that I have no idea what it was and she ran the red light. She then got onto the highway.
Well guess what, 95 always has traffic after 11am on Friday's. I had NO PROBLEM catching up to her.
Here's the pic I got (we were actually moving and I was holding up the center lane by snapping this, I didn't want to be too much of a dick and slow others down so I kept going).

Here's a diagram that is an accurate depiction of where things happened. She got in my lane JUST as we got to the train bridge.

I just finished a complaint with pictures included and wrote that I want her removed from driving a state owned car. My tax dollars paid for her to cut me off, endanger MY LIFE and the life of the other people in the oncoming direction.

Anyway, I will admit I was wrong about the red arrow. It still doesn't excuse her.
There are two lights for three lanes. She was still in the left only lane. What happens is a green arrow lights up first and then turns off....
Still doesn't mean you race through an intersection and go into oncoming traffic lanes, you either make the left or stop till the lane is clear.
Excellent research BTW, you seem to know more about the traffic patterns in that intersection then the OP. Kudos!

Look closer at the pic, there's no number.
I went home and reported it online.
I was driving like a normal person through the intersection. I actually slowed down so she could cut infront of me and not kill anyone in the oncoming lane
I'm just reporting what happened. Next time I want a group of people to tear apart something that actually happened to me I'll come here.
Freakin worse then what I've seen in 4chan.
The solution was either to GO LEFT and drive .2 miles further to the same on ramp.
OR since she wouldn't have been able to turn left anyway due to oncoming cars. She could have sat there with her RIGHT blinker on pissing off people behind her, and slipped in when the lane was clear.
She made the ultimate wrong choice in this situation and if there were any people or cars anywhere near the opposite left turn lane (look at the pic), they would have been history.
One thing is that I am really interested to know how you absolutely know for sure all the things this woman was thinking. You are so certain that she "knew" what you were saying and what you were doing.
- A person who did it by mistake WOULD NOT HAVE FLOORED the car and out accelerated me.
- I was in a lexus IS250 - she was in a prius. I don't know exactly how fast I was taking off......but she CLEARLY had her Prius FLOORED - proven by the fact that she did't actually get infront of me until right before the train bridge - her hood wasn't at my side door till we were THROUGH the intersection.
- There is no way a person who is confused floors a car and cuts off another car. That's a conscious choice she made. She knew she was in the wrong, but did it anywya.
If she can't figure out that a RED arrow does not mean "Go straight" or the ARROWS IN HER LANE (seen in the picture I posted in the OP) then she REALLY NEEDS TO GET OFF THE farkING ROAD! Especially in a car that I helped pay for.
Why would anyone go the wrong way on purpose? How are you just so positive you know everything about this person? I wish I had your super powers!
You're in the wrong here buddy. I guess you'd have just let her get away with it. I'm sorry, I helped to pay for the car she's driving and the gas that's in it. I also help to pay her salary. She better learn to drive better if she wants to have the thrill of driving around for free on my dime.

There is no way a Prius got up to enough speed to kill anyone in this scenario.
Google Street View is even more revealing. The road does not say: "[leftarrow] ONLY", just "[leftarrow]". And the light appears to be a standard circular stop light, contrary to the OP's description.
