But since this is a football thread, UCLA Football dominated the Pac10 in the 90's and was ranked in the top 5 on multiple occasions. UCLA and USC always alternates by decade. Albeit, USC has had much more success. But then again, UCLA never cheated. No not caught, never cheated. Otherwise, they would have won more
