I also bought a couple of the Philadelphia Cooking Creams to try. I got Sante Fe and Savory Garlic. It also comes in Italian Cheese & Herb and Original. I had never seen them before. They were $2.50 each.

TM4D -- HyVee had them in a little bunker in the meat department. They also had some $1 coupons and a little recipe book. Two different things, the coupon is not in the recipe book. They were not out, the meat lady gave them to me. But the bunker even had signs on the sides and I guess they demoed these the other day, so they should have them. Unless SC got them all.

Is it really wrong that I want to ask that person's location.

TCC Waggers opinions please. Did you like the type out of the ad with some matchups or not? Be truthful with me. I don't mind typing it up, but I was surprised that very few folks added Qs. I'm used to seeing the entire ad in the Publix and Kroger ad. Without the matchups and folks posting 1000 posts a week, it is difficult to see what ELSE in the ad is a decent deal (besides RRs) to help spend your RRs (and not just roll them for products you don't need or want). I am with you --- it REALLY irks me when someone comes into a thread and asks others to give them all the good deals because they just haven't had time to read. There are a LOT of days I don't have time, energy, mental capacity, patience, just too much going on to read every single post and I JUST DO IT ANYWAY!!! And on the rare occasion that I have something so horrendous happen that I can't keep up I count my losses and jump back in. If everybody was doing that in there it'd be a mess!!!

We just got back from T. The lady in front of me was using coupons (nothing spectacular) and telling the cashier all about Totally Target Aye.

Cashier was fairly good but I had a .50 off any 2 Ortega products in my q's and was buying a box of hard shells (had a tq from a mailer for those) + one packet of seasoning and the q beeped for some reason. I'm guessing just not coded properly or something.....anyway, cashier tries to tell me it has to be what's pictured I wanted to tell her to go to that TT blog and you can read all about how you go by the WORDS on the q, not the pics...but I resisted and she reluctantly believed me. It just kills me that they want to worry about a .50 mq for absolutely legit items but of course Goodlife cat food q's went through fine and gave overage, etc.

SC probably threw something at the demo lady and had her 'sister' grab the coupons. Other sister was screaming 'start the car, start the car' (Ikea commercial)....

Some of the Ortega products aren't coded properly, and some probably have the short barcodes, which will always make the MQs beep at T. At least that's been my experience.

I am going to picture everyone to death Love my new phone. This was a couple of weeks ago. Forgot to check today. TPC is over and regular price was $3.79.

ALL... i have never tried it though I know friends who use it. we used to use cheer. like the smell etc, though it never goes on sale. but then read that tide and cheer (along with a bunch of other conventional detergents) have high concentrations of a byproduct chemical known to damage liver, kidneys and nervous system, and suspected to be a carcinogen in humans because it is in animals. and it is watersoluble.

so i decided to finish up what i had and switch. we've started using method and like it. but i might try an even greener route. we'll see. atleast method is safer than what we were using before and there are coupons and sales. so i feel good about that.

Not that this had much to do with the garden pasta, but Ronzoni Smart Taste is the only kind of spaghetti I buy now. Got a bunch free and I've gotten some cheap since, but if I had to, I would actually pay for it. Doesn't clump or get mushy or slimy like some does.

Slowtech, I too have more of a issue with salty snacks than sweet. Most of the time, I do LOVE chocolate. They need to make popcorn flavored gum or something lol! I love those popcorn flavored Jelly Bellys, even though they are a bit to sweet. I usually don't buy very many chips or salty snacks I love because I know I will most likely eat all of it.

I try to remember to brush my teeth after dinner, that helps with late night snacking because my mouth feels clean and ready for bed. If I eat I have to go through the whole process again, brushing, flossing, rinse.

The one chips I do almost always have in the cupboard are Tostitos Lime Tortilla chips so when I get the urge for crunchy chips I eat those and put as much salsa on the chip and will stay on. I figure the salsa is way more healthy than the tortilla and I will get full faster with lots of veggies so I fill a small cereal bowl about the size of the small Dixie paper bowl totally full of salsa and eat it all with a few tortillas as possible. lol I think it helps. I haven't been gaining weight but I would still like to lose 10 pounds and I will be pre baby weight.

I wanted to buy some chips SO BAD last night when I went to get some papers. I looked at them for a while looking for peelies but then I did not buy any. I had a roast in the crock pot and we were eating dinner as soon as I got back. I did find a few peelies on the HUGE multipack of Fritos brand, $1 off.

I hope they delete that one too but...
I think something does not sound right, I think maybe the poster was exaggerating and how stupid was the cashier if they got NO kitchen essentials but used a tun of those TQs. I mean I have had cat scanners before but I would suspect even one of them would notice 25 or so expired kitchen Qs in a single transaction. To go from $650 to low oop then ad 4 Tvisa for either $50 or $100 and hand over more Qs which would be OBVIOUS at that point that they had no items for the Qs and were using them to pay for the Visa and go back to a low OOP? In my experience even a cat scanner will get a little nervous if you have to many K1s and from the sound of the OP every single coupon would have needed a K1, that is A LOT of k1s!! I smell fish, and/or really huge idiots for guest and cashier both. Not that I haven't seen idiot guest and cashier before lol.

On the subject of parents and insurance, My MIL doesn't have anything. i've been eating cheese w/ my crackers to get calcium for bones and they say calcium binds w/ fat so you won't digest it. anybody see that show where they had some people eat lots of dairy products and then processed their waste to show how much more fat they excreted?
