Hey guys - I rarely post anymore...real life is keeping me way too busy. Ugh.

Just popping in to ask for prayers...my 19 yr old daughter has a stress fracture in her back. She has to have an MRI next week to make sure it's not a herniated disc. Please keep her in her your prayers. I am hoping and praying that this back pain is not something she has to live with her whole life.

last yr in late spring early summer i was buying these beautiful onions w/ long green leaves at the farmers market every wk. each bunch was 3-4 onions. so i was throwing onions in dinner every other nite. after a few wks the bottoms of my feet started to hurt when walking. then dh said the same thing. i stopped buying onions. our feet stopped hurting.

the end.

dunno why but i figured it had to be something in our diet b/c both of us had the same problem. not like we were wearing the same socks and shoes cuz i wear 7.5 and he wears 10.5W Teehee.
That is SO WEIRD....
You know last summer/fall when Target had the much missed produce coupon I was eating onions almost daily in my own version of a tomato/mozzarella salad. after a while the bottoms of my feet were hurting so bad I could barely walk. The mornings were the worst. Never did figure out what was causing it and it eventually went away. Can't remember whether or not its end coincided with the loss of the Q or not.

Slowtech & Tracy - I will keep both in my prayers.

Tracy - ditto on the rarely posting lately. Life has been keeping me away from the computer more than usual and has severely limited my shopping for months now.

Did you guys know Ronzoni makes SmartTaste in egg noodle form??
I discovered that when HyVee had it for a $1 a few weeks back. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one excited by it. I make home made noodles if we are having... (wait for it) noodles. But I use egg noodles for tuna noodle vomit and a chicken thing I made up that my kids love. I was so excited I felt a little silly! laugh out loud There are several bags in the cupboard now. I think all my pasta is now Ronzoni. It's the only kind of spaghetti I will use anymore. I wish I could find some of the garden variety. I forgot to look at Wal-Mart last time. Did those coupons expire? Off to check the database. ETA: Just checked, the coupon is good through the end of the month. Gotta try to remember to look for that.

just don't overdo it or you will get painful feet like me and dh did last yr!
Hmmm, gotta google this. A while back the bottoms of my feet were hurting too. Just as someone else said, first thing in the morning was the worst. Then it just stopped. Kind of makes me wonder....

Yeah, that's what I was thinking....of using it when I KNOW diaper rash is emminent.
Just make sure you use it before not after. Putting it on after the butt is inflamed sort of seals the heat in. But it does work great at preventing it -- also for adults should a bout of diarrhea occur, it will prevent soreness and make clean up easier. Preparation H will sooth diaper rash and take the heat right out (babies or adults). Just smear it on like any other ointment.

Pray for those who need it.

My Daddy has gout flare ups and sometimes things like salt, onions or tomatoes are the culprits.

12 and Safeway (although it looks a lot like a KM, too - it wasn't close enough to see dirt on the shelf so I'm sticking to Safeway) Roll

My oldest DD came in while I was looking at the pic and said "12 out of the 18 are Justin Beiber, how sad is that?" While she was counting she was like, 9-10-oh, there's his hair, 11, more hair, 12.....laugh out loud
Close, but again, nope.

Ok, the official answer is 9 and Raleys - Beiber-ific!

Thanks, it's good to be back High Five Secret and thank you for the little tidbit of info you posted - very interesting.

I demand a recount! I'm sure there are more than 9 Beiber bangs shown! laugh out loud

On a not so funny note, TLC has new trailers [ew.com] out for the show we all wish would just go away. The new shoppers talk about making money and getting paid to take products....not to be all chicken little about it, but that just can't be good.

I think my head might just explode. The pain and pressure are too much! My eyes are on fire and my entire body aches. JJ doesn't understand and is a ball of energy today. He's completely trashed the living room and I don't care. I just want a nap. Waiting for a call back from the doctor to see if there is anything OTC that I can take to make the day bearable.
