Thanks guys for the input about J wanting to add another 2 days of classes to his schedule. He hasn't brought it up again (I think he is trying to keep my stress level down), so we haven't talked more about it yet. I need to have that talk though. nod

Do you have a reader of some sort (sony, kindle, nook, ipod/pad)? I have both of those books! I loved Eat, Pray, Love and her follow up book! I am only about 40 pages into Water for Elephants (I get really tired when reading now and I am not able to read as much), but so far I like it!

So i did a little figureing last night on the prime hopping, and it looks like we can indeed all hop onto amazon mom accounts. If the deal ends this month, then we should have coverage for most if not all through march of 2012, providing that several people used one acc to do several ordersSmilie (I did) I think we need to have a FB discussion becuase it looks to me as of now, my fam can cancel and pick up coverage with the mom acc getting us $ back to use for after it expires.

I heart hearing about your days! My opinion on J - why not tell him you are willing to consider the idea but would like him to wait until after the baby arrives so you can actually see how things are going and if you think you can swing it with him gone more. That way it isn't like you aren't willing to consider it.

I have an Ipad...been thinking about getting Eat, Pray, Love before we go on the fam vacation in May and may have to do Water for Elephants, too.

Kootz, all good on the furbabe homefront? I had a slight meltdown on the way to church yesterday morning. In the car next to us was a schnauzer sitting by it's momma. So, I went in to church with my eyes all red. Frown I've survived 2 months now guess I'll make it...

Haven't seen any Caesar or pedigree Q's here but if I do, I'll hang on to them.

Furboy is about the same. We have been having laser treatment done on his leg for the last 2 weeks but I really don't see much improvement. It's really tough to see him get up off the tile after lying(laying) but he hates being on the rugs. He likes it cool just like his mommy...laugh out loud

Furgirl has improve on her eating. As said earlier finally found something she will eat. Still a pound below her weight but we are working on it.

As far as her seizures/liver we have weaned her off a bit from her phenobarbital. She is now taking it only every other day and the days she is not taking it, she has to take liquid Keppra 3 times a day. Keppra has less side effects and we are keeping our fingers crossed that both will do the trick to keep her seizure free and less liver damage.

She has just started all this on Saturday so we shall see in a few days if the magic is working. Needless to say one of us is here all the time to watch her.

The only down side right now is dh wants to cancel Vegas as he doesn't want both of us to be far away from her. We shall see in a week or two.

A small price to pay in my book for all the love they have given us.

Sorry you are still feeling sad. I know I'll feel the same so I have no words of comfort except to remember all the wonderful years with him and how happy he is now free of pain.hug

I woke up feeling sore and tired and so I thought I was only going to go to water aerobics class and then SW and back home. Well at my water class I felt great, so I decided to go to my further T, then on to SW, redbox (they texted out one time use codes for today, I got waiting for superman!) and the bank. Well I am glad I went! I did the same run as last 2 times, all worked fine, but I am sure tired now. I am trying to convince Sophia we should lay down for a little rest, but I don't think she is going for it. Alexa will be home in about an hour, so I may wait until then and see if Alexa can help me out with Soph!

Kootz~ I checked my SW and there were no furbabe q's out Frown I am gonna send out the dressing q's in the mail tomorrow, so you have until the am to tell me if you need anything else! hug Blowkiss

Ohhh so I have some drama info regarding my C section scheduling that I forgot to post about on Friday. So you all know I am seeing 2 OB's. One I have seen for the entire pregnancy and he is now the dr for my whole family and another who is for higher risk pts and who will do my C Section. Well on Friday I went to see my reg OB and he was like, so I guessed you settled on a date for the C section (he knows me and knew I wanted to know asap). I was confused and said, well no, the other dr said his schedule wasn't out yet so I will schedule it when I see him on March 24. Well my reg OB said, "hmm, well I have the date right here, they asked me to assist (which I really wanted him to be there, so I am happy about that). The date they have scheduled you is on April 27th." My reaction was this EEK! and "oh" bc I have been expecting to go in on April 21st or so. My reg on asked if I was ok with the date and I said, "Sure, I guess so" and then we moved on to other stuff.
Well when I talked to J about it, he freaked. He is worried about me going into labor doing it that late (I am due 4/28) and said the whole point to scheduling it was to avoid an emergency C section. I hadn't thought of that, but the more I think of it, the more it sounds right. I mean, we were told I couldn't try Vbac at the hospital I am delivering at bc there is not a anesthesiologist on site 24 hours a day, so if something went wrong and they needed to do an emergency C section, there wouldn't be anyone in house to put me out.
So then today the other dr's office calls and tells me the time and date of the C section and wants me to schedule a pre op appt. I told her I already have one for the 24th. She said that won't work now, she changed it to just a reg appt, bc it is now more than 30 days from the C section (state law). I told her I was driving (true story) and would call back when I could. I haven't called back yet bc I have these concerns now. First off, I have a reg guy, I don't want to see the high risk guy on the 24th of this month, just bc, he costs me $$ and I am not trying to sound cheap, but if I don't have a reason to see him, then I don't wanna. Also, I think I want to ask if there is an anesthesiologist on call for the hospital I am delivering at before I agree to such a late date. Sophia has an appt with my reg dr tomorrow am, so I plan to just ask really quick while I am in there.
Anyways, I posted all this bc I wanted to hear opinions from others. I mean, if I went into labor, and there is a person on call (not nec in house, but available) then I think I would be ok with the later date, but if not, it seems like a risky thing to me. Am I over reacting?

I would think if you told them you wanted a bit earlier they should comply with what you want unless they have a good reason not to.
