I saw this guys on ebay that personalizes frames and jewelry boxes and pocket knives... which i thought was cute. so i emailed him to see if he would give me a discount. he said he would give me 10% off and combined shipping. just not sure i can justify spending like $200 on these gifts, when i could spend a fraction of it at T or Kohls just not personalized... what do you all think??? i am def getting the bridesmaids their jewelry too. well, my aunt is making it so i just have to buy the stones. thoughts???

My Hosties box is on the truck to be delivered today! bounce Does anyone know what's inside it?
Also, did anyone order from that free Threadup site? I ordered a box for Dan, and when I got it, the stuff was so gross, I couldn't even donate it, I just threw it away. It listed a Fall jacket that I was really looking forward to, and it must have been 15 years old and faded and gross. I was going to let it go, since it was free to me, but then thought that there are people out there that are paying $15 for these boxes, so I left feedback. Now I'm worried about retaliation, since I realized after leaving the feedback that the person who sent the box has my name and address. I wish I hadn't left the feedback now. Frown

He says he is better today, but we shall see. The meds haven't effected his hearing yet, but we will keep an eye on it.

I did it and I got a box that was good. I am sorry that you got one that was gross. My box was for Lily and it said it was 5 dresses and some onesies.Some of the 'dresses' look like they may be tops and not dresses. I guess I will have to see when she gets here how they fit Dontknow I was still very happy with it for being free. I am not sure that I would ever pay $15 for a box though. Doesn't seem worth it to me. Dontknow
I wouldn't be worried about retaliation, most ppl aren't that crazy! Also I think it was important that others know what kind of box was sent to you!

I would do Kohls frames. It just does not justify the cost to have them engraved. You are a better shopper than that. Now think about all the gifts you got as a bridesmaid. Do you know where they all are?. I know that my kids "gifts" they received as attendants are stashed in my closet somewhere. Son got beer steins and shot glasses from being in weddings and they are displayed in his "man cave" though.

There was a broken sump pump rider that we opted out of... I suppose our thinking at the time was that water damage would be covered. I'm not really sure what we were thinking. I think we went with coverage that we thought would be more than sufficient.

L143 if you get a minute call the local jewlers in the area. The little stores that are family owned. They usually will engrave for really cheap on ANY product. So you could do k frames, and just pay a few $ to get them all engravedWink
