why is Theon in this season?? He doesnt reappear until book 5! Seems to me that he is taking away time from other characters.

Ciaran Hinds is an excellent actor too and he's from Belfast, he plays Mance Rayder, it's good to see him in a big role.

Also, King slayer and Brienne got picked up by men but do they belong to the North? I'm rewatching S2 just so I can remember the stuff. The names are not so familiar to me. Seems like S3 is starting out by informing us what's happened so far, so I think we'll just see a lot of build up .. which is fine by me since the 2nd half will be more exciting.

4th book was bit slow compared to book 3 so now hoping that book 5 will pick things up.
The Starks get no love.
Theon is an idiot (what else is new?)
Tyrion continues to cover his little ass.
Everybody hates Jaime
Stannis gets no screen time this time around.
The Tyrells seem to be forever pawns trying not to be pawns.
The Night Watch better night watch out for themselves (sorry MLV).
Sam figured out how to use his outside voice, ahhhhhhhhh
House Targaryen for the win (try not to piss her off).

Book 4 felt soooo slow. But still felt like it was worth it when I got to the end

Then again, as far as the show - I've only seen the first two episodes of this season. So I don't really know what's going on just yet. So far these first two episodes seem a bit slow. Excited to see what happens next, I guess it's building up, which has to happen one way or another.
