The Race To The Podium Giro d'Italia Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. who have internet access at the time of entry.
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on May 7, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 1, 2011 for residents of all US States except Florida & New York.
Florida residents may enter the Promotion beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on May 16, 2011 and ending at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 1, 2011.
New York residents may enter the Promotion beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on May 9, 2011 and ending at 11:59 p.m. PT on June 1, 2011.

LIMIT ONE (1) REGISTRATION ENTRY PER PERSON/E-MAIL ADDRESS.
On or about June 3, 2011, the Judging Agency will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Online and Sharing Entries received during the Promotion Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to Rome, Italy for the 2012 Giro d'Italia. Trip includes:
• round trip coach airfare for two from the major airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Rome, Italy,
• hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for 5 days/4 nights at a hotel of sponsors choice,
• event tickets,
• round trip airport transfers to and from the hotel, and
• 12-month premium Strava Velo Plan subscription (ARV: $5,500).
One (1) First Prize: Sram Red Gruppo and 12-month premium Strava Velo Plan subscription (ARV: $2,359).
Six (6) Second prizes: Rapha Country Jerseys and 12-month premium Strava Velo Plan subscription (ARV: $229 each).
Ten (10) Third Prizes: Maglia Rosa – Triumph and tragedy at the Giro d'Italia Coffee Table Book and 12-month premium Strava Velo Plan subscription (ARV: $107 each).
Total ARV of all prizes is $8,195. Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must have a valid passport and be able to travel on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor's option. Dates of trip, location, travel arrangements and accommodations are at Sponsor's sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, meals, gas, additional travel, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel companion. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, and must comply with all security requirements. Winner's travel companion must be the age of majority in his or her state of residence and must sign and return a liability/publicity release as a condition of travel. If any event is cancelled after travel is booked, only travel portion of prize will be awarded and no compensation will be given for event portion of the prize. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Actual travel dates are based on the final schedule of the event. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
