I know! I told Evan to consider himself lucky when he got a light blanket at 15 months. Poor kid slept in a sleep sack for...well, 15 months. Poor baby couldn't even straighten his legs all the way. Coverlaugh
I used to cut holes in the bottom of the sleep sacks for their feet to poke out (otherwise my kids would try to walk in them, and then trip Frown ). And then I found toddler sleep sacks - they slept in those until they were potty trained.

Ank: Do you want me to send you my Kroger card? I doubt I will ever use it again and if I do, I can always get a new one. It has all the new Qs & a shiny $3 OYNO coupon loaded on it. I would hate for it to expire. LMK

Aww, that's my birthday. Not looking forward to my birthday but it will be a great day for your sweet bundle of joy to be born :heart :

The box ~ can we set up a facebook style group somewhere? I have no idea, just throwing it out there.
Thanks dear! Cool! Your bday is the day after Rach's then! I told her the date and she said 'don't you mean the 26th' laugh out loud Poor Auntie Rachael, she has been trying so hard to get her born on her Bday!

I am part of a FB group (with my real life family members) and while I see a way to post pics and videos, I don't see a way to post other files types (pdf's ect).

Yeah for the due date of 4/27. I am excited for you. :heart :
SD's rules are as follows:

1. You must say goodbye to us just before leaving the house to deliver said baby.
2. You must designate someone close to you who will come back here and report, time of birth, weight of child, sex of child, height of child. Said person must also disclose whether or not you poop yourself.
3. You must post picture of child within 12 hours of giving birth.
Thanks dear!

LOL!!!! I think I can abide by these rules!

1. Well I can get on here with my Mobile so I will be able to say bye on the car drive over there if I somehow forget to do it before I leave the house!
2. Auntie Rachael is up for that job! I will have J, Alexa (my oldest) or my step mom call as soon as they have the details! I would have no problem saying whether I poo or not, but being that is is a C section, I think I am safe! Wink
3. There will definitely be a picture up on FB, so maybe Auntie Rachael can be in charge of bring that over here.
Quote from Kootz :
:blush2 : I never post on here but read often since I have some very good friends on here.
Target is a very hard store for me to do deals at since I only have one so I spend my time at Publix, Wags and CVS.

Anyway...I had to post because your comment almost made me pee my shorts...

I have to believe our beloved Ariel would let us know and she better...Laugh1
Wave Hey Kootz!!! Good to see you over here love!!! hug
laugh out loud I think I would be fine with it! Especially when I just posted last week on FB and here that I choked and in the process of saving myself I peed all over myself at the dinner table. I am not a shy one that is for sure! Roll

When I had my first..I had him and then a poop.
With my second..on the way to the car to get to the hospital..I pee'd right there in the driveway in front of my neighbors and my tenants. It wasn't nice. Baby came in 10 minutes. No epi, no real pain, just a baby.

That's pretty standard lounge protocol. Bleh

When I had JJ we were in San Diego so updates to family, friends and of course SD friends were all done electronically. I posted in the lounge baby thread throughout my long ass labor and a pic of the little nugget was posted within an hour of delivery. Being a member of the lounge is a commitment Flex

BTW, FedEx came...JJ is having a blast. UPS comes in the afternoon Evillaugh

Faint Sure!!! hug Thank you!! I could always send it back to you if you ever want it. Smilie

Whee

Well... this is a sucky day so far. Oldest feels a bit yucky, I have a cold and feel yucky, and it is POURING rain outside. Our little neighbor girl is not here yet (40 minutes late so far) and I have no idea for sure if she will show or not. Just when I thought they weren't going to show yesterday, they came - almost an hour late. Frown It's usually 5-20 minutes, but this is getting silly. We're supposed to have a 2 hour "class", so now I have to decide do I short-change my family and cut into their time, or do I send her home at 1 like I would if she came at the right time?? *sigh*

When we got to the hospital when I was having JJ I threw up so violently in the parking lot that I peed my damn pants. My water had broke...so I'm hoping the people in the waiting room figured it was that and not the other. Roll

Oh, if you haven't picked up the Infantino Annabel Karmel Mash & Serve Bowl...DO IT! It is really nice and I know it will get a LOT of use!

I really dislike that most of the sippy cups state color may vary. I just got a pink and yellow sippy for JJ. Annoyed Oh well, it will go in the gift bin.

I got about nuttin' on the baby stories......well, I puked on the way to the OR for my emergency c-section.....but I think that had little to do with the baby and more to do with the combination of the meds they give you when you are pre-e (anti-seizure or whatever?) and the fact that I easily succumb to motion-sickness and was having no part of that moving hospital bed laugh out loud

The night I had my daughter, my SILs & MIL saw my unmentionables. Oh and hubby was in jail. Annoyed

I went in to my check-up and my doctor said I had pre-empclasia (sp?) and had to induce me. The worst part was me being so damn thirsty and they were being stingy with the ice cubes.

Morning chattering peeps Wave

I lost some quotes, so ... um ... oh yeah,

I can't take my spider monkey shopping with me. Bribes and such worked with my girls and they did ok, not usually unmanageable, there was an occasional meltdown. Not the same with this lil man, not for a coupon run. He is ok with a short trip up to about a half hour, after that he is just way to bored to stay in the seat. It does not matter the amount of distractions, food, candy, popcorn, toys, books, snacks, nothing works, he wants out! The seat belt thing does not work in the slightest, he Houdinis his way out and will climb out of the seat, he just will not stay in. He will not stay close to me when he is out, he will not stay in the basket but he will destroy all products climbing out/ trying to get out. He always takes of at least his socks and shoes and throws them as far as he can, sometimes more. He removes items from the basket and throws them as far as he can and at people. He grabs things as we go by them and knocks them of the shelves and into the basket/onto the floor. Crazy He is a lot more strong willed than my girls.

About the bad trade of Amazon codes (there are three attempts at giving me bad codes for trade) I kindly let them know the ones I am trading now were found in a brand new bundle with plastic bands on the mags so I am 100% positive I give good code. Due to bad trades I am sorry but I must verify the code is good before I trade. Only one person out of 6 has never responded to that PM. But three have still sent bad codes, all three said they had traded for them from someone else. If they don't believe me or want to trade, oh well, I only have a few codes left and I am not risking losing them. So I haven't lost a code to a bad trade, yet. Out of 6 possible trades two have resulted in diaper orders, which we need, and I haven't lost a code.

I was hoping you guys could back me up if there was a problem. I would never try to scam someone for amazon codes or coupons or anything.

Quote from tn_native :
Wave morning

There was an article this morning on "Wake up with Robin" (CNN Headline News) that said Target beat Walmart in the line by line comparison of 30 something items this year (apparently it's the same items every year). First time Target has won in the 4 years they have been doing the study.
Ok so since I went to Walmart and struck out on finding YJ codes I did a small coupon run. Every single thing that was on my list was either the exact same price as Target or 20 to 80 cents more expensive. Only one item was less at Walmart and that was the Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta 71300, it was on a end cap on sale for $1.08 so .08 after the $1/1 MQ. I almost passed it up because the aisle shelf tag was 20 cents more than my Target and not marked for the sale.

It went well, thanks! I did a little shopping at TRU and T earlier and I'm kicking myself because I forgot to look for the parenting magazines!Embarrassment
Alrighty, you must hand in your TCC badge missy. To earn it back you must find at least 10 codes. Evil

Barefoot is best when they are just learning to walk. We loved the knock off Robeez with JJ. They are like lil moccasins.
I found some cute shoesocks on the endcaps in Target called Skidderzz or something like that and I think they are knock off Robeez. They are kinda like thick socks that have been dipped in rubber and can be worn outside or inside and washed. They are awesome! My lil man loves his. They are about $15.

I have no idea with my first it was chaos and I passed out and slept shortly after having her I don't remember much. With my second there was nothing and I hardly bled at all. Thank goodness because I had her at home on the floor with a shower curtain and some blankets under me. It was all right there, and there wasn't much besides baby and then placenta. I guess that is a bonus to having an infantile uterus. I had a failed epi with my first and no epi with my other two, you are lucky, I felt so much pain I thought I may die, at least for the worst part.

Ah, poop makes everyone post, doesn't it?

When I had my DD, I was barely 18. When it came time to push, I thought I had to poop and refused to poop myself in front of strangers. They tried convincing me that it was the baby and not poop, but I wasn't having it. I'd been pooping my whole life and knew how it felt...no way that a baby should feel like that, right?

Long story short, I refused to push and ended up with a C-section after three days of labor, just because I didn't want to poop. laugh out loud
