Have you ever bought something and thought "WHY did I buy that?" I got some almost-free Planters nut mix after Christmas and we never opened it. But today I needed craisins so I opened it and picked out all the craisins for chicken salad. Then I decided to make another batch of salad with celery, onions, and cashews instead of craisins. So then I picked out all the cashews. And while I was making dinner I needed something to munch, so I ate all the chocolate covered peanuts. I think that may have been one of the most useful unintentional purchases I ever made. LMAO

I have been searching the freaking internet, SD, and google images for at least three solid hours throughout today looking for some current Chuck E Cheese's coupons, specifically the $10, buy 40 tokens get 60 free. I can't find them at all! I KNOW I printed them for my DD Birthday Party last year and they were not this hard to find. Do any of ya all know where the heck to find them? Any tips on searching skills that will help me find them? I can't even find an active thread on SD. Am I going crazy or what? I have tried to reply to a few old SD threads with questions but the ones I can find are all to old to bump.

Her BDay party is going to be on Wednesday and DH is such a sweety, he has been out of town working and got home today and will be able to stay through her party but then he has to leave right after. She was so worried he wouldn't be able to make it for her BDay. He took her shoe shopping earlier for his present to her, it was so cute & she can't wait to wear her new shoes to school tomorrow.

Anyway, the doctor also asked if ds has an interest in science and earthquakes. Why yes he does. Not to the extent of Lego but it's there. One area they had problem working in was analogies. It went something like this:

doctor- a pen is to a stick like the Earth is to a ...

ds- did you know the plates move and .... and the 8 yr old spent 15 minutes talking about tectonic plates and then went on to how black holes form.

Oh, good morning meanies. For whatever reason I am wide awake and have been for 45 minutes. Ugh.

Tn-Native, are you going to try and appear in court? Most of the time here they drop the points and reduce the fine if you appear in court. I have gotten a ticket for making what they call a "rolling stop". The officer wrote that on the bottom of my ticket and the judge saw it, reduced my fine and dropped all points. Good Luck
