(My mom used to tell the story that when she was pregnant with my sister (born 1/3), my father tried to talk her into jumping off a piano at a New Year's Eve party so they would get the tax break for the whole year. Of course she didn't, and I have to assume he was kidding.)
She's a good responsible kidlet. She takes honors classes at her blue ribbon college preparatory private school. I'm not too terrible worried. It's just those darn wings of independence have sprouted!

Two exceptions to the recipe. Mixed the sour cream in with the chicken to make those layers easier and used regular mild red enchilada sauce in place of the green chile stuff, you could use whatever you want. Will definitely be making it again.

Of course, years later when they started that Child Tax Credit -- we had him all year and couldn't take it too. I still want to know why that credit is only good up til they are 16. Which reminds me of 16th birthday It wasn't too long after the New Year's ball dropped that he proceeded to inform us that he would 18 next year.

Been gone all day! Headed out to the zoo. had a great time, but confirmed how out of shape I am
DD fell asleep on the way home so I stopped at T and organized coupons in the parking lot while she napped. DH met me for dinner and entertained her while I threw together a nice little run with a jedi.. Did the olay GC deal, charmin GC deal, and the Always GC deal.. Plus some other random stuff.. Can't really shop anymore til all my coupons arrive.. I seemed to order a bunch this time..
Made a quick stop by publix to grab 8 milks and some cereal and headed home. Just showed and got the toddler bathed and we are both chillin on the couch. I am exhausted!
