I have Avast for my anti-virus software (love love love it BTW and that's it's nice and free Big Grin) and it pops up with that kind of stuff sometimes but it's just to notify me that it's doing its job Dontknow....I thought that's what jteef meant laugh out loud

Hmmmm, while you are sitting there in the dental chair scared to death, take your mind to another place. Another place with lice. Pretty quickly it won't be the dental work you are thinking about. It will be the creepy crawlies. Of course, all that squirming around caused by the imaginary lice might be inconvenient for the poor dentist. Just so you know. You are now going to think about this while at the dentist. You will squirm, you will laugh and now your dentist will think you are crazy. Glad to be of service!
It is sad to say but between the lice situation and how UNBELIEVABLY naughty my dd has been lately I can't WAIT to get away from it all on Thurs. morning Teehee You practically read my mind! I can always count on you!

morning!

Quote from gt6mk31 :
I'm am thinking of chlorinating strictly with liquid chlorine -- that would be bleach -- this year. If you happen to be in the laundry aisle of Wal-Mart or Target will you check a couple prices for me, please. I would like to know the price of the cheapest 6% bleach and the size. I'll probably grab some at Dollar General to get me started this year, but if it's cheaper at T or WM then next time I am in the area I will buy 20 - 30 jugs.

Regarding the Tide deal -- I take it the $3 coupons came in a product, not an insert? As in, I can forget it and not think I should go to Target for Tide and bleach?
don't know anything about it but a friend has one of those above ground intex pools and does salt water.

i read the 3.00mq's came out of the bounty from last wks gc deal. depends what your strike price for tide is.

6.49 x 3 = 19.47
- 3 x 1hangtag tq's
- 1.00/2 mq
-5.00gc
= 10.47 for 3 bottles
or 3.49/50oz bottle

No Krogers. I did get the Hyland's and put them in as soon as we got out of the store. Seems to have helped him feel at least somewhat better - he's eating lunch. laugh out loud Took me 2 RAs to find the silly things. The first store, I found a box, brought it up to pay, and the cashier realized it was empty. Someone had stolen the meds out of the box!! Second store we struck paydirt. So happy. And since I am not a member of SD for nothin', I of course worked a couple transactions lightning fast, and now have $6 more in SCR items. All with paying less than $4 cash. nod laugh out loud Hubby just laughed.

Oh my gah! Blink After the raging cases of lice in the schools this year I live in fear of the little buggers. My bff didn't come out of her house for a few days after hearing it was in her kid's class. she skeeves just hearing about it over the phone. cracks me up!

Quote from gt6mk31 :
Thanks. That cleared it up for me. I had only found 3 new coupons but was hearing here and there that there were many more than that. Well, sort of. There ARE only 3 new coupons. The "many more" are some of the same coupons we have but have they have new expiration dates. I was reading the name, comparing it against my list but not looking at expiration dates so my little pea brain didn't see them as new. All it saw was, "got it, got it, got it...".

To find them by newest, you have to check the little box that say "Put newest first" or something like that. But then you have to click on each department -- grocery, household, etc. one at a time. It will then put the newest in each category first. It's kind of weird.

Talked to my mom and she said they were under tornado warning last night! EEK! They live in the Upper Peninsula of MI, and don't usually get stuff like that...

I live in Northeast WI and the storms were just terrible. Downed trees and power lines, roofs ripped off in Kaukauna which is just east of me. I think the damage would have been worse if there would have been leaves on the trees.

Does anyone know if T carries extra large receiving blankets? I looked online and didn't see anything. Little Houdini, just like big brother, breaks out of his swaddle in a regular sized one. We have 1 miracle blanket, but it's in the wash because of the aforementioned projectile pooping.

don't understand why it's in the DS forum. shouldn't thoughts be in the loungeConfused, anywhooo...

other things are being pulled in including this video-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ff...re=related

the others think it's hilarious but i couldn't put up w/ another *anywhooo* and finish watching it. she just rambles and sometimes i can barely understand her and then she pauses to gather her thoughts and throws out another anywhoo. i find it too painful and tedious to watch. there are some other ridiculous video commentaries but this one must be one of the worst.
Thank you. I tried to watch two vids of the anywhoo girl and had to close the windows after a few min, she is VERY annoying. Funny how she thinks we are coupon mom gansters, even funnier how she thinks we have nothing better to do than stalk j'amie and & waste a tun of time making negative comments. It only takes a minute or two to post and then you go on with your day, in the meantime she is making vids of herself going on and on for 10 plus minutes at time, she is wasting more time than anyone!

Been such a crazy week here. DH is recovering from Friday's wisdom teeth surgery. He is better today, which is good cause he was a tad whiny yesterday and I was ready for him to go to bed last night Gonna link one of her videos.. Not the best quality.. She used a cheapie video camera and recorded this for a friend.. Link [youtube.com] for anyone interested.

Didn't make it to Target all weekend.. Made a quick run to CVS to get papers and did one transaction.. Then went by kroger to get DH some ice cream.. grabbed a few things and didn't use one coupon EEK!
Hope DH feels better. Your DD is amazing! My dad taught himself to play as well. It is amazing how people do that.

I stopped at T and broke down and got that Baby Trend tandem stroller that converts to a sit n stand and only used my 10% registry coupon. Kinda hurts to shop without tou-pons! I felt a little nekkid!!! I did use a nice stash of GCs to pay for it. I needed to get it today as I have to take Noah and JJ to Noah's 1 week appt on Tues...All. By. Myself. Containing JJ is not an easy feat! I shouldn't have lifted that damn box into the cart and then my car as I now have some abdominal pain and heavier bleeding.
That is what the workers are for Whip They should have been on the ball asking you if you needed help loading that! Good luck with the spider monkeys.

Rach, Nikayla: Hope you are doing well : ) I know I've missed many more of you...

Studying today and DH is off. Hope to get to T for an afternoon run. Thanks for mentioning the Tide GC deal. Guess I will go for that and some more maybelline.

Must go. Tattletale and Instigator are up to no good. It's going to be a scorcher here today (93 degrees), so I am thinking a trip to the park ASAP is the only outdoor time we get today :sad walk:
We are good. Hope you get to T too, and the park sounds fun. It is still to cold here for that just yet. We are taking a mini trip to Moab, we will be there for Easter.
Quote from flugette :
Thanks so much for your input. :hu g: I talked to my mom this morning and she said much the same thing. I think I'm gonna go with the Hylands from Rite Aid, since I have a coupon, UPs, and 20% off. Should be able to get it for fairly cheap. If that doesn't work, then we'll go with the antibiotics. My main objective is to get him comfortable and out of pain, so if the Hylands' will do that, then that is awesome.

I just feel so bad for him, because of my 3 kids, he is the one who will complain the least. So to see him crying and miserable like last night just tears at me. I'm so glad to have this group to come and get advice, because I know you all have been there in some way or another. nod

And can I just say whoever thought of streaming Netflix live on the Xbox should get a Nobel Peace Prize or some equal ostentatious form of recognition. We have used that so much over the past week, I am sure we are reaching our limit for the month!! :lo l:
Don't forget to do the dry rice (you can heat salt in a skillet too) in a sock for pain and to help pull moisture out of the ear. You just put the dry rice in a sock tie it shut and heat for aprox a minute in the micro, just until it is comfortably hot. Then have him hold it to the ear, has helped many a times the lilttle ones to fall asleep when their ear is hurting.

I remember that projectile newborn poop. We are in for it today it has been two days since the lil man took care of business so we should have 3 to 6 poopy diapers today. I don't know why he has started skipping days and saving it up but it is no fun at all.

Last I checked they did though it has been probably 6 mos. I am with ya, the bigger ones just work way better. I am a big swaddling fan. A friend/co-worker from the daycare I last worked at made me the best big square swaddling blankies ever for my dd....basically just a big square of cotton flannel with the edges finished but they were amazing heart

I was going to suggest this! We did this with Sophia so I could still cover her in public when I was BF and she was older. They worked great for that and I am sure they would work good for swaddling too!

If you tell me what size you want, I can pick up the material today (any preferences?) as I pass by a JoAnn's on the way home. My machine even has a cute stitch that makes little duckies along the border. I can stick them in the mail tomorrow, and you should have them in a couple of days!
