Hi all! Just popping in to ay hi! I am stressed. I work full-time and my house is a MESS and I have a First Communion lunch planned for May 15. EEK!

I am having a meat/cheese tray for sandwiches.Anyone have any suggestions for good and easy side dishes that I can make? I am looking for something that I can make a day (or 2) in advance and either warm up that morning or serve right from the fridge. We will be in church right before so I don't want to be cooking that day. Any advance from you al would be much appreciated....oh and even better if I can buy everything from Target Wink
Maybe a nice marinated cucumber tomato salad? Potato salad? Cold pasta salad? A nice coffee cake?

I don't know what to do. Obviously, we are picking up creeping crud somewhere. I've washed the kids toys, washed down all surfaces (well, floor needs to be done again), switched toothbrushes. I just don't know what else to do or where this is coming from.
hug Ank - so sorry you have had a sucky few weeks! Your poor kiddos have had such a rough time, especially poor little May-may.. Praying you guys get rid of the bugs and everyone gets well.
I would take her in to get checked if you haven't.. I don't think teething would cause high temps like that. Usually only low grade.. Since she has had them recurring off and on, they may need to get her on some antibiotics or something to knock whatever it is out. Usually high temps can be a virus, but if they keep coming back, I would be concerned that maybe it is her ears, or maybe a bladder infection.. both of those can cause high temps too. My DD had a bladder infection once and had no symptoms other than a fever.. They did a urine test and found it..

Thank you!

Looking at your doggie and this sentence..well, enough said.

Good Morning. I am bunnies. I am the good one. If they try to tell you otherwise, ignore them. It's nice to meet you.

Ank, Jaden is struggling with an ear infection right now and his temps before meds at one point were 103. I would definitely think that high a temp is indicative of some type of infection. With her being congested, possibly an ear infection? Dontknow That's all the mommy wisdom I have to offer. hug And I have to say the Hylands drops plus Motrin are working wonders. He woke up crying a little this morning, but that was after sleeping through the night. Once I got the drops in and the Motrin down, he has been fine, even ate a pancake for breakfast.

I am going to attempt a run or two at CVS this week. Anyone a pro there and have some simple scenarios?

And bunnies - good morning! Big Grin
The Airwick deal at CVS this week is a MM.. I got 4 of the 5.00 airwick freshmatic things and used 4 of the 4.00 off coupons. Pay 4.00 oop and get back 10.00 in extra bucks.. There isn't a posted generic 4.00 off of 20.00 CVS coupon posted yet this week, but there may be on Thursday.. I actually bought 5 of them off ebay for 1.25.. so, my transaction was a bit more of a money maker..

There are also miracle bubbles and RS candy eggs that are free after extra bucks this week.. I was gonna save the bubbles for Easter baskets, but my toddler opened them already laugh out loud

There is a coupon here [ed4.net] you can sign up for. It is a free beverage or candy up to 2.00. The coupon will automatically take off 2.00, so you can buy something cheap like the free RS candy and get overage, or use it for a more expensive candy or beverage item.. You may need to sign up for a twitter account to access the page. IDK as I already have an account.. They emailed the coupon in a few minutes!

JJ thinks the infant carseat is his lazyboy for watching Sesame Street.

Facepalm

JJ has been extra rough today. Trying to bite me, trying to hit and kick the baby. Destroying a basket of folded clothes Annoyed Screaming and yelling and carrying on like a wild banshee. IDK what to do with my boy. I've made sure to spend plenty of one on one time witth him while the new baby snoozes but he just fights me during our time.

I'd give my ALL of my T GC stash for a nap!

I went to the kitchen for coffee. Poured it, added cream. Got yogurt out of fridge, grabbed a bowl and spoon, put yogurt in bowl, put yogurt container in cupboard. EEK! Realized that was wrong. Removed yogurt from cupboard, put in fridge. Proceeded to living room without my coffee. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic). Returned to kitchen for coffee. Confused

It is rule #1. Don't talk about slickdeals.

I don't think we can apply rule #1 to this though because she links many SD posts as her source

The cat is out of the bag, for days now, if SD wasn't a powerhouse before it sure is now and will get even more traffic by the time this is done.

Look all over SD and see how many posts are by people that just signed up this month Wink

We will see bigger numbers as J'aime's fraud is exposed on national news sources.
I was thinking about this the other day. People will come here, search "Target" and find us. Boy are they in for a surprise. Option #2 is that the thread title be changed to "I have Diarrhea or I Can't Poop" Ninja

WARNING Soap Box
Anytime there is some sort of coupon thing with comments there are two things that ALWAYS show up that drive me bat shit crazy.

1. " Coupons are only for bad full of sugar processed not good for you food. I want fresh fruits and vegetables". Well, goody for you. You can eat all the fresh fruits and vegetables you want. I'm sure not gonna stop you. Some of us wants some junk food and we are going to have. We don't care whether you do or not so take your healthy ass out of here and leave me and Oreo coupons alone.

2. "She bought 473 boxes of cereal but it's ok because she gave a whole bunch to the food bank" OR worse yet "It's horrible that she bought 473 and didn't give any of it away". It's either alright to buy 437 boxes or it isn't. It doesn't matter what you do with it after you buy it. Giving it away doesn't make it any better or worse. It's my 437 boxes of cereal and I can eat it, give it away, let it rot, or roll naked in it. It doesn't matter, it's MINE. USE isn't the issue.

Thank you. worship
