I've had the same problem with my 2005, progressive headlight lens fogging or rot. I tried several different kits from the local autozone and was always able to get them fairly clear but with rapid re-fogging.
I picked up a product on the recommendation of a friend, a plastic cleaner/polish made by zaino brothers sold over the net.
It is not a very aggressive polish in its bite (it must have a very fine and fast breaking down grit) after several tries it kept removing some of the funk but it was quite heavy near the bumper and I couldn't seem to get it completely clean by hand so I used some leftover from a previous product to get the lenses cleaned up. What every they are using as a shine enhancement/preservative has worked very well in the Texas heat. They have stayed perfectly clear (and very glossy) for over 6 months now.
I've touched them up once just because I was giving the car its annual spring clean and wax to protect the paint.
At 12.95 + 9.95! shipping I have enough to last me 5-10 years as it just takes a dime sized amount of fluid to do a "cleaned" headlight lense, so If anyone in austin wants to give theirs a polish let me know.
BTW Because of the shipping cost I ended up buying several other products (the shipping fee is per order) and have been pleased with them so far. We will see how they hold up compared to the Mothers products I have gotten from the local auto supply and used for years.
Even $22.95 beats having to replace the headlight lenses and its nice to know that the money I spent on the "silver star" replacement bulbs is getting out on the road.

Last night, I won a Pepsi, and it froze at the "Congrats!" stage in FF, never even got to the printout stage, and no email from them with the printout link.
Don't know if I want to play it anymore, if I won a TV and it froze, I'd go postal on the people that wrote that pile of crap.

I only ordered 1 extra large on smirnoff - hope I do not win on that one. I have been ordering Large each day but the one I won a long time ago which did not come yet I am pretty sure I ordered a large.
