that is so true. when I got the bag out of the mailbox, I thought (without thinking) that it was the Smirnoff one (I only won one) and it was so light, I thought the bag was empty. then I ran fast to the computer to tell you guys what I got. (again without thinking). I was in the process of trimming this big climbing vine with flowers down off the trellace before it took the trellace down. It is beautiful but grows like Jack and the Beanstalk straight up to the sky. this happens all summer - it is such a happy plant - something like a climatis in purple with pea pod like things as well. you can tell I am getting tired - rambling on.

I love clematis!! I have the purple one too!!! Its only2 foot long. How long till it gets big and how often does it bloom. The dog ate the only one so far this year!! They also ate all my blackberries!!! Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Yep, you named it right Blondie, they are beautifull. I have one here, but it hasn't done much since I bought the place in 4 years. I would never trim mine, I just pray that it gets bigger. I have the same color as yours. It started blooming 3 days ago.
