I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

15 -Here is what I
did to get it working:
1) Uninstall Chrome
2) Reinstall Chrome
3) Went to Wrench, Options, Reset to Default
4) Went to Wrench, Options, Under the Hood, Change proxy settings, Lan Settings,
Uncheck Proxy Server.
Now everything works.

Just fought this problem,
Wasn't virus protection
Wasn't windows firewall
Didn't need to reinstall Chrome
Just reset the lan settings to automatically detect network and unchecked the use proxy server box
