Eligibility: Tips for a Carefree Summer (the "Promotion") is open only to legal
residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of AT&T Mobility LLC, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Timing: The Promotion begins on June 27, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 18, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period") and consists of twelve (12) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.
