Should I fire this guy?

So the other day my buddy over at UPS sends me a resume.....from one of my own employees!!!
Here's the deal. I manage a small medical supplies company with about 25 or so employees. Well we have this one guy working in the loading bay that drives the fork lifts. He and the UPS guy are always going behind the building and getting stone. He thinks I don't know, but his poor job performance and blood shot eyes give it away
Anyway. The UPS guy is just as much of a stoner like I said, and he told my stoner employee about an opening driving lifts at the UPS distribution center near by. I guess my guy thinks he has an "in" at the company. Well my stoner must have put my email address instead of his on the resume because I just got an email from UPS thanking me for my resume, but the email was addressed to him.
What do you think? Should I fire this guy? I already had a meeting telling him he's not a good fit, but unfortunately I don't even have a monkey that can drive the lifts right now.

Wait, because he gets during working hour. You should make all your employees go through a drug test. You can't just fire someone because you assume they are getting high because your employee comes back with blood shot eyes.
You coming on to this board to ask for advice on your own business is "poor management".

And I can't believe anyone needed to read more than the thread title to know it was a spoof.

Trust me on this one, There is NO WAY IN HELL that this guy would EVER get in at UPS... ESPECIALLY driving a forklift!
Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE gets a drug ( hair follicle) test, and a urinalysis! It would be a HUGE red flag as soon as they dipped the cup! And he would be wondering why they haven't called him to start work...
And, just as an extra, all the UPS drivers are subject to random drug screens AT ANY TIME and if you refuse, you're suspended and on the way out the door UNLESS you tell them you have a problem ( and it seems like they would pull that one out of their azz to save their job), so I would let the UPS guy know that you know that jackass is giving EVERY hard-working UPS employee a bad name!
