I'm no pro, but I can definitely lend a hand if you'd like a new avatar or need some help with your existing one (and if I can't help hopefully someone here can help you)!

Here are some samples of work I have done. Please don't ask me to create something from scratch... I'm not that artistically gifted. laugh out loud I'm better at tweaking/resizing/altering images, adding backgrounds, special effects, etc. - and squeezing the crap out of current gifs to get them to fit into the tiny file size limitation.

The maximum size is 66x66 pixels. Yours looks small because it's short - it's 66 pixels wide but only 32 pixels tall. If you have the original picture I can crop it differently for you (ie: into a 66x66 square). Smilie
