So for all the girls who were so kind in asking about what's been going on with my heart palpitations, it turns out I have a very abnormal EKG. I would have peaks, when the heart beat, and then dips or canyons where it should be a peak. The report on my EKG came back and said it was a left ventricular strain on my heart. So my general doc doesn't know what's wrong, for sure, she has a hunch, which is genetic heart disease (MVP, for all you docs out there), but there has been absolutely no heart disease in my family on both sides, so I highly doubt it. So it's looking like it's from stress. I was doing well this weekend, but on the drive in to work, I already feel dread and chest tightening.

She put in an urgent referral to a cardiologist, so hopefully I can get something this week, but I have no idea.

I'm going to try to find things I can do to cope with stress, but I've been cleaning out a lot of the clutter and boxing them up for storage, but so far, my room sort of looks the same, trying to make my room into a nice little sanctuary Big Grin and I'll be Googling up how to manage stress and anxiety.

Any tips from you girls on stress management?

Have you tried the magnetic polish yet? I like that one. It's much easier than crackle!
I have! i actually just returned mine to sephora - i didn't think it was worth $15 (or even $12, which is what i paid after f&f) kuz i only used it once and it was ok. i'll probably regret returning it, but oh well... i had trouble with the magnet - the np would always move up towards the magnet and stick to the magnet. it was annoying! like it would raise itself vertically until it touched the magnet, thereby creating a little dot where they touched. i think i put too thick of a coat when that happened. but i didn't feel like trying over and over to perfect my technique.

I totally missed the FS on $25!! No wonder a sweater I've been stalking is OOS!

Sorry for taking so long to respond - I managed to get my hands on a yellow one on Friday. I don't want to trouble you or anything, but if your store still happens to have the orange, hot pink, or blue, I'd love them, but let me know.

That happened to me this most recent time because it took so long for my order to go from "Processing" to "Processed" Mad

Thanks for the heads up! That really really sucks. Oh well. And that's great you were able to stack your SRCs! I went to Brea and they said no, however, I had 2 different sets of coupons and handed them my SRC at the same time and then used the remaining balance on one to pay it off and they took it!! I guess they forgot and I forgot too, so I luckily gained something out of that! laugh out loud
azn, i was able to stack all of mine at glendale over the weekend. i asked beforehand and they said yes. so if you're ever out there you should be able to. Smilie they also took my online return. and (here's the bonus), since i bought $125 worth of stuff i got a fashion show tee but they forgot to scan it on the receipt (the SA was too busy scanning 13 src's laugh out loud) so she put it on a different receipt. score! woot

the $26 set? i smelled it in store on sat. it was okay - smells very light and citrus-y, but not very sweet. not a great scent imo, but also not Yucky puke-inducing. if that helps. laugh out loud i don't remember it that much tbh.

Whee) the butt naked nyx palette [nyxcosmetics.com]. it's soooo pretty! kinda large/heavy tho... but it's got so much in it! the eye colors are beautiful, and there are a lot of matte shades! anyway i was so excited to see it in a store. heart

it's a pretty light scent, so you may be ok with it (i think i remember you being allergic to most perfumes) but i didn't think it was feminine at all. i thought it was just ok. maybe it's worth a shot! it was lemony-citrusy.

Oh no! Frown I'm so sorry to hear that, hun! hug

Ideas for stress relief:
- In the evening, before you go to bed, play some calm music (i searched amazon for "massage music" and found this [amazon.com]). Dim/turn off the lights, and light some candles. Aromatherapy is good - lavender, chamomile, vanilla (as well as others [aromatherapy.com]) are supposed to be good for stress relief.
- Try some podcasts for deep breathing or meditation, like these [meditationoasis.com], here [apple.com], and here [apple.com] (look for the mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, deep breathing exercise, and progressive muscle relaxation podcasts)
- Try to set aside a day and time for you to do something fun and kinda splurge, once a week (or every other week depending on your schedule). Go for a massage, mani/pedi, facial, or treat yourself to a movie or dinner (with all the deal sites now, you can usually find budget-friendly options) Smilie

That's awesome about the goodies you got! I think I'm going to buy a lot of those one-size fits all V-string panties. Very comfy and not very see-through.

I was in your neck of the woods on Sat! I saw all the damage done - it's crazy. I also saw some downed trees and work being done on the power poles on the side of the 210, probably Temple City or Arcadia. That's crazy.

I don't know why it is that when there's space, I try to clutter it up by putting things!! Grr. I can't wait to be free of clutter! Funny thing is, I know where everything is!
