Fat girls on the Bus

Main question: 
How is it that they can commit to time consuming make-up regimen, and expensive outer acessories, but not to jogging 20mins a day, (which is arguable all one needs, as long as there's consistency)
On the bus today:
Saw around, counted, 22x "big" girls while riding the campus buses between classes.
I notice many of them have very complicated make up scenarios,, foundation, mascara, liner, shadow (feathered), toner, bronzer, nude lip, etc etc..
Also, many wear a decent amount of middle brand clothing, lots of BR mainly, they're relatively young after-all.
SO, all of this cost money and time, the make up well exceeds 20 mins in most of these cases,
And their cloths are obviously not cheap either...

what makes a person sit and inspect fat chics?
are u what they call a "people watcher"?
UGH
people watchers are half the reason fat chics like being fat. i bet 90% of those fat chics were super cute and tired of being gawked at. the fatness curves the predatory stares from men. u know when they see YOU stare they see pettiness.
I am unsure of the correlation between huntergather to physical attraction.
But even if the hunters were pudgier,, they would still be V shaped if we're assuming proficient hunters are to have large muscular arms.
useful or interesting,,, anyone, who can at least dig is useful. and interesting? well lets not get too carried away
