Fat girls on the Bus

Main question: 
How is it that they can commit to time consuming make-up regimen, and expensive outer acessories, but not to jogging 20mins a day, (which is arguable all one needs, as long as there's consistency)
On the bus today:
Saw around, counted, 22x "big" girls while riding the campus buses between classes.
I notice many of them have very complicated make up scenarios,, foundation, mascara, liner, shadow (feathered), toner, bronzer, nude lip, etc etc..
Also, many wear a decent amount of middle brand clothing, lots of BR mainly, they're relatively young after-all.
SO, all of this cost money and time, the make up well exceeds 20 mins in most of these cases,
And their cloths are obviously not cheap either...

it doesn't go as far as who's place,, i see some minor issue that can be easily remedied in these girls, and i point it out.
well that's the shortest list... include everything else that's typically offered by the schools, and break it up into seasons where simultaneously they would clash,, and you'd have everything that i tried.
