Fat girls on the Bus

Main question: 
How is it that they can commit to time consuming make-up regimen, and expensive outer acessories, but not to jogging 20mins a day, (which is arguable all one needs, as long as there's consistency)
On the bus today:
Saw around, counted, 22x "big" girls while riding the campus buses between classes.
I notice many of them have very complicated make up scenarios,, foundation, mascara, liner, shadow (feathered), toner, bronzer, nude lip, etc etc..
Also, many wear a decent amount of middle brand clothing, lots of BR mainly, they're relatively young after-all.
SO, all of this cost money and time, the make up well exceeds 20 mins in most of these cases,
And their cloths are obviously not cheap either...

You have a problem and now you're backpedaling. Did you ask the 22 girls on the bus if they were trying to lose weight? No. You judged them based on appearance.
I am allowed to judge,, and my ONLY judgement was, they could spend the 20 mins of makeup time working out,,, and if they are working out,, they STILL could've spent 20 MORE minutes working out... because that makeup does next to nothing to improve their appearence
