I am not so much of a beer drinker, but I am drinking one now.

It is Tuborg.

Yup. I brew my own, and just finally got to have it tonight. It's a higher alcohol beer brewed with fresh apples, grapes, and a touch of lime. It's very different from anything I've done before, and my biggest beer yet.

It actually sounds really good. I do pinch lime into mexican beer. You make your own beer? Wow that is rather adventurous...

My buddy was a homebrewer and introduced me to better beer. My sister ended up buying me a beer making kit, and now the rest is history. I only get to brew about 6 times a year or so, but I really enjoy it.

I brew 5 gallons at a time (a little more than 2 cases) and give more than half of it away.

Is it that much better? similar to beer boutiques?

Five gallons at a time... OMG that is a lot of beer. Why do you have to give it away? Is there a shelf life problem?
