Quote :
One couples' bondage role play on Valentine's Day ended in handcuffs, but not the fuzzy kind.

Portland, Ore., police received a call Tuesday afternoon that a naked woman was tied up in the back of a Subaru last seen leaving a supermarket parking lot.

Police deployed "at least nine cars" to look for the SUV and even alerted authorities in Washington in case the car crossed the state line.

Twenty minutes later, the Subaru was seen pulling into the driveway of the registered owner's address.

Nikolas Harbar, 31, who was the driver, told police that he and his girlfriend were "doing some Valentine's Day role playing."

Once police confirmed with Stephanie Pelzner, 26, that she was voluntarily nude and tied up, they slapped a pair of cuffs on the couple and booked them on one charge of disorderly conduct in the second degree.

"Role-play all you want," Sgt. Pete Simpson told ABC affiliate KATU. "But when you do something that is going to generate a 911 call, you should probably do it at home."
So now we are responsible for other people's stupidty or stupid assumptions in calling 911?

Maybe next time when I see a white baby being wheeled around by a non-white person, I get to call 911 and report that as kidnapping and have them arrested..

Considering the Supreme Court ruled that even a car has the same constitutional right when it comes to a person's property... I think what you do in the inside of your car is perfectly legal..

Would you want the police to arrest you if you left the shades to your home open, and some puritanical jerk decided to call the cops on you because god forbid he/she saw someone's boobies or pubes....

So if some 500 lb guy wants to park his car on the street in front of your house and masterbate all day long you're okay with that?

Please, let's be realistic here. Their car wasn't on their property, they were in plain view of the public.

They recieved 1 ( ONE ) call

The police then found the car once it was AT THE OWNER's property

So technically ONLY ONE PERSON saw this couple naked... so where was it noted they were out exposing themselves like your example?

Actually people have been arrested and convicted for standing naked in a ground floor window that's in plain view of public areas.

There's nothing wrong with the cops behavior here, the couple was out of line.

If you're in plain view of someone in a public area, being naked isn't protected.

99.9999% of the time if someone is out and about and in handcuffs...there is something wrong.

So yeah...let the police investigate.

If the person is out and about and naked in public (unless their cars have no windows) then yeah...kids could see or they could be ugly and no one wants to see them...then let them get taken away by the cops.

Here's the news article if you didn't read it...
So if only you see the 500 lb naked man in front of your house it would be okay?
Or is it okay if only you see him but by the time the police arrive he's driven himself home?

If you read the article it says supermarket parking lot. I'm sure the supermarket would approve of such activities in their parking lot. And how does one get a presumption of privacy in a retailer's parking lot?

Wrong again. You stated your problem...you think. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Do you really think it's legal to be in a public parking lot exposing your naked ass because you're in your own car? Of all the news articles you reference, I would think you would have read about creepers who expose themselves to people while sitting in their parked car? And if they get caught....they....get...arrested.

How would you like it if your neighbor stood in his full length window naked at night with a flood light on in his room, staring right at you like a deer in the headlights, while you are sitting on your deck trying to relax and mind your business? How about if he did it every night? Maybe he might dance too!!!!!! You're good with that?

Yeah AND? They probably got the plate number and found their house!!!!!! It's a new technique being used. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Who cares how many people saw the naked couple? DOES IT MATTER????? Go to google like you do every time someone proves you wrong and find and provide a link to the law that states that 2 or more people must see a naked person in public for it to be illegal.

And if we're going to be technical- it seems like the woman was still naked when the cops arrived. So that was more than one person.
