Promotion begins on February 15, 2012 at 11:00 am Central Time ("CT") and ends on March 25, 2012 at 11:59:59 pm CT.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (the "U.S.") who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (21 years of age for Las Vegas, NV trips).

During the Promotion Period Facebook users will be invited to participate and earn "bids" for various action items as listed below. Each Bid is equivalent to one (1) Sweepstakes entry that may be used to enter drawings for trip prizes to various destinations specified below.
Once you complete Registration, you will receive five (5) Bids. Bids will be banked in your account within the Promotion application and available for you to use to enter Destination Drawings during the Promotion Period only, as described below.
Additional Bids may be earned as follows:
a. Friend Registration: After you register for the Promotion, you will be invited to share the Promotion with your friends on Facebook. If one of your Facebook friends registers for the Promotion through the invite you have sent them, you will receive one (1) additional Bid (a "Bonus Bid"). Limit: One (1) bid per friend Registration per day. Bonus Bids awarded because of Friend Registration will be displayed in the "Today's Available Bonus Bids" box. Entrants must claim these Bonus Bids each Day by clicking on the "Claim Your Bonus Bids" icon to capture them into your "Total Available Bids." Unclaimed Bonus Bids will expire at the end of each Day and will no longer be available to entrant.
b. Click on the Tweet with Twitter Every Day: If you have a Twitter.com account, click on the Twitter icon on the Promotion Application to Tweet the Promotion message with Twitter and you will automatically receive one (1) Bid. Limit: One (1) Tweet with Twitter Bid per Day.
c. Click on the Orbitz Applications: Click on the Orbitz Applications icon on the Promotion Application and you will receive one (1) additional Bid. You may optionally follow the links and instructions to download a mobile Orbitz Application. Limit: One (1) Click on the Orbitz Applications Bid during the Promotion Period.
d. Double Your Bids on Any Destination Drawing: If five (5) or more of your registered Facebook friends who have accepted an invitation from you, place a Bid on any of your selected Destinations, your Bids for the selected Destination Drawing will be automatically doubled. All subsequent Bids placed on such Destinations will be doubled during the Promotion Period as well.
Additional Bids: During the Promotion Period, additional Bids may be made available at the Sponsor's discretion and the way to earn these additional Bids will be communicated on the Web Site.
For purposes of this Promotion, a "Day" is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am CT and 11:59:59 pm CT except for the first day of the promotion which begins 11:00am CT and ends 11:59:59 pm CT.
During the Promotion Period, log in to the Promotion Application and place your available Bids on any of the available Destinations to receive one (1) entry into the Destination Drawing for that Destination. Once a Bid is placed on a Destination it may not be moved.
a. Locked Destinations: Six Destinations will be locked when you first register and you will not be able to place Bids for those Destination Drawings. However, if ten (10) of your Facebook friends accept your invitation to play in the Promotion, the six locked Destinations will automatically unlock and you may place Bids on these Destinations.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: FIFTY (50) DESTINATION DRAWING PRIZES (One (1) per each Destination Drawing) as detailed in the chart below.
*Each trip is for two (2) people (winner and a guest) and includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the Destination and double occupancy hotel accommodations for the number of nights as listed below, unless noted otherwise. Any additional elements included will be indicated below.
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person throughout the Promotion Period.
Total Sweepstakes Prize Pool ARV: $156,738.
INSTANT WIN GAME: Each Day during the Promotion Period, The Orbitz 50 Faves application will randomly award one (1) entrant with an instant win prize. You will receive a notification message immediately after logging in if you are a potential winner. Instant Win prizes will be randomly assigned to a specific time each Day (each an "Instant Winning Time"). If you are the first person to log in at or after one of the randomly generated Instant Winning Times, you are the potential winner of the prize for that Day.
INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Forty (40) Instant Win prizes: two (2) flight vouchers to be used to purchase round trip airfare within the contiguous 48 United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada on Orbitz.com, ARV: $450, but the actual value will vary depending on the city of departure and destination. Winners from Alaska and Hawaii will receive vouchers for the 50 United States and Canada. Vouchers are subject to certain terms provided on the vouchers and expire on January 13, 2013. Limit one (1) instant win prize per person/email address.
Total Instant Win Prize Pool ARV: $22,000.
Total Combined Promotion Prize Pool ARV: $178,738.
