Sweepstakes begins on March 5, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. PDT on May 2, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the Continental United States (and District of Columbia) who at the time of entry are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have Internet access.

Bonus Entries: As part of this entry process, prospective Entrants will be offered the opportunity to refer-a-friend(s) to the Website in order to receive one (1) additional entry "Bonus Entry". If desired, once you complete the entry process, you will be given a referral link ("Dedicated Link") you may use to invite a friend(s) to enter the Sweepstakes ("Friend Entry"). You may provide a dedicated link directly to your friends, post the Dedicated Link on your facebook feed, or other social media pages. Bonus Entry will be awarded only if the referred friend is eligible as per these Official Rules and successfully enters the Sweepstakes from your Dedicated Link
Limit one Internet entry per person per email address, but there is no limit to the number of friend entries you may receive.
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to the 2012 CMA Music Festival, including:
• roundtrip domestic transportation from hub airport closest to winner's home to Nashville, TN,
• ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the venue,
• 6 days, 5 nights double occupancy standard hotel accommodations in Nashville at hotel of Sponsor's choice,
• 2 tickets to the CMA Fest with 4 day event passes to LP Field,
• 2 tickets to the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville,
• plus a gift bag, all with an estimated total approximate retail value ("ARV") of $3,250 .
Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. In the event the CMA Festival is cancelled for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, winner will only receive a $1,000 check from Sponsor.
