Apparently people were trespassing on his property, and they said he shot while he says he didn't. Either way, the trespassers were in the wrong whether he shot at them or not. There was still no proof, and they did nothing to take his statement or prove he shot at any one.

From the post, the people were there for a specific reason as they were "well known". They were probably activists (because liberals are activists whereas conservatives are militant).

Mere trespass does not excuse deadly force being used.

I ask again - if these people were being sought after to shut them up... Why would the cops only take one person away and leave everything they are claiming to be targeted for? I mean, I'm just saying... I'm pretty sure that if that was the real reason, there would have been kiddie porn found and they'd both be in jail and the computer gone. But that's not nearly the case. The police came to serve a warrant, dude holed up, the warrant was for shooting at people... I think there are far better examples of misuse/overstepping of power out there than this.

Well we obviously don't have the whole story, but who shows up with 45 swat and police to serve a warrant? And who starts by plowing in to a truck to serve a warrant?

The truck was apparently parked in front of the gate leading to their house, according to my news report. Is there any source that says there were actually 45 SWAT team members, or is this from the same person that claims they were targeted for the video that wasn't ever touched?
