PRIZES, DRAWING, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES (800): There will be a total of Eight Hundred (800) Revlon Products awarded, which will consist of a random mix of the following items: Revlon® ColorStay™ 16 Hour Eye Shadow, Revlon® ColorStay™ Longwear Nail Enamel with Top and Base Coat, Revlon PhotoReady 3D Volume™ Mascara, and Revlon PhotoReady™ Perfecting Primer. Products are subject to change and Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value throughout the promotion. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Instant Win games played and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Instant Win game. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Instant Win Prize is $7.49.

GRAND PRIZE (4): A total of four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in an electronic, randomized drawing conducted, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or about the following dates: (1) April 16, 2012;(2) June 18, 2012;(3) August 13, 2012;(4) October 14, 2012. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Each Grand Prize will consist of one (1) designer handbag with essentials. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $3,000.00.
