Sweepstakes begins April 16, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends May 18, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
"Like" the Carter's Facebook page, enter through the Sweepstakes tab - https://www.facebook.co
Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day (12:00:01 a.m. ET - 11:59:59 p.m. ET). If more than one (1) entry is received from a person or email address per day, all entries for that day will be void and such person may be disqualified.
Grand Prize (1): A $5,000 Carter's gift card or Carter's gift cards with total value of $5,000.
First Prize (4): A $1,000 Carter's gift card or Carter's gift cards with total value of $1,000.
Second Prize (10): A $100 Carter's gift card with a total value of $100.
Third Prize (150): Each Third Prize consists of one pair of movie tickets from a participating theatre circuit nearest the winner's residence (participating theatre circuits include AMC Entertainment, Inc, Cinemark Holdings, Inc, and Regal Entertainment Group). Tickets are subject to terms and conditions of use as published or indicated thereon. ARV: $17.00 each (pair of tickets).
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $12,550.
