TEXAS: Amazon to collect taxes July 1st

Because Amazon bought the start up company that did a grocery delivery test market in the DFW area back in the early part of this century. Then Amazon shut down the test program and a few years later started up the Amazon Fresh test market in Seattle. So it makes me wonder if working out the state sales tax dispute with Texas means they might be getting ready to do another Amazon Fresh test market in the DFW area. Might be unrelated but who knows? They keep saying they're going to expand Amazon Fresh to other metro areas at some point.

Bonk I'm a seventh generation Texan but the heat got to be too much for me, due to a health problem so we moved to Seattle. Both states are wonderful in their own ways and both have drawbacks.
