Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

When I was working, I'd take my xtras to work and set them on the counter for others to take. One gal took a few home and asked her daughter to choose which one she wanted for a school pencil bag. The daughter was thrilled because she hadn't been able to find a pencil bag she liked elsewhere. The consignment shop I go to generally doesn't take them but they often take the totes.

I still have some dehoarding to do. The worst part for me is the boy's stuff they left behind and anything to do with paper.

Good to know.

A couple weeks ago my husband woke up with pink eye. He hadn't been at work or around the grandkids for a couple of weeks. We have no idea where he got it but at least it didn't spread to me. Of course, I went around the house with Clorox wipes and wiped down the phone, mouse, keyboard, door knobs, etc. He looked terrible but I kind of think part of it was a reaction to the antibiotic drops he was using.

We could use a little rain. The front yard is not as green as it was awhile back. Gotta go out and water the flowers now, which is something my husband was doing while he was off. He did it before he went to work yesterday but I told him I'd do it today cause he had to take the garbage and recycling stuff down the steps before he left for work at 6:30.

We have had beautiful weather lately too but last night we had a nasty storm...ugh! But everything is nice and green and the flowers are blooming. I bought a bunch more perennials for my flower bed. The plan is to one day not have to plant! lol
