Hi all,
I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.
Everyone is welcome!
I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.
This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.
So, I hope it catches on !

Not finding a lot of time to do sweeps lately. In fact, I think I missed doing any for a couple of days straight, although I'm pretty consistent about getting over to Wilton. Noticed a tie when I was there last night. No telling what I'll find when I visit today. Have been reading. Right now I'm half done with Pat Conroy's The Great Santini. After I'm finished with it, I'd like to see the movie. I think it was made years and years ago.
A guy from Philly who hung around our hang-out group in college and who I haven't seen in over 40 years, stopped by to say hello on Monday. He was on his way to a big license plate show that starts this week in Des Moines. He had called ahead to let me know he'd be stopping by. He always was interested in anything to do with vehicles. He and his partner were taking a truck full of license plates to the show.
Realized that my Kelloggs free movie ticket expires this month. Husband wasn't interested in going, so last night I went to see Rock of Ages by myself. I never went to a movie by myself before. It only felt a little strange. The movie was entertaining but kinda silly in lots of places.
