Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on May 20, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. (noon) ET on July 31, 2012.

Must be a legal U.S. resident residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia throughout the sweepstakes period and 18 years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older at the time of participation.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/Facebook account per day.

GRAND PRIZES (5): Each Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and winner's one (1) guest to Arizona for a Grand Canyon tour. Travel dates: September 27, 2012 - September 30, 2012. No alternative travel dates are available. Trip consists of:
- Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor),
- one (1) double-occupancy standard hotel room for three (3) nights in Sedona, Arizona,
- ground transportation to/from airport/hotel/Grand Canyon,
- one (1) Sierra Mist Natural gift bag, and
- $400 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner).

If winner resides within 150 miles of Sedona, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of prize winner. All travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor at time of notification; no alternative travel dates are available. Travel and accommodations are subject to change. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights, events) beyond its control. Travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel within the United States. Winner and travel guest(s) must travel on same itinerary. Any minor guest (under age of 18) on trip must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner.
If a winner cannot travel on dates specified, they can choose to take a cash option in the amount of $3,400 in lieu of the trip to Arizona. The cash option will be awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer. Approximate Retail Value of trip: $3,400, depending upon winner's point of travel origin. Approximate Retail Value of the cash option: $3,400. In no way can the Grand Prize Trip prize and the Grand Prize cash option be combined.

Total ARV of all prizes is up to $17,000. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person/e-mail address/household.

Edit: I got some type of runtime error when I tried to submit my information (Roboform didn't fill in everything correctly) but it worked fine when I did everything manually.

No. No you do not. When a single trip win causes tax problems...ok, overstating that quite bit. I can afford to pay taxes, but saying it would be nice to have that insurance so I can wins something huge without taking out a loan.
