This reminded me of the time we sold some sensitive equipment to the USPS and it had to be delivered via an 'air ride' truck to the various local post offices where it would be installed. The USPS powers that be pitched a fit when we tried to have Fedex deliver the material, they didn't want a Fedex truck to be seen delivering to them. So they insisted that their trucks would pick the material up at the factory and deliver it themselves. Then they had to call us back and ask us to have Fedex deliver it after all as their trucks weren't equipped for 'air ride' delivery.
