begins on May 21, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on June 12, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT

PRIZE/ODDS:
The following prizes are available:
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) trip for two (2) (Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest) to Dallas, Texas, tentatively scheduled from June 23, 2012 through June 25, 2012, to attend the U.S. premiere of the film "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" currently anticipated to take place on June 24, 2012 with the currently scheduled musical performance (the "Musical Performance"). The trip includes (i) round-trip air transportation between a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence and Dallas, Texas; (ii) ground transportation between the airport and hotel; (iii) ground transportation between the hotel and premiere event; (iv) two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest (one (1) room, double-occupancy) at a local hotel selected by Sponsor; (v) two (2) tickets to the "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" movie premiere event currently anticipated to take place on June 24, 2012 (the "Premiere"); and (v) one thousand dollars ($1,000) in spending money for the Grand Prize Winner only (provided in the form of one (1) certified check in the amount of $1,000). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is up to $3,500

Four (4) Weekly Prizes:
The following prize shall be awarded once (1) per week during the Sweepstakes Period pursuant to Section 4: One (1) Promotional Code redeemable for a one (1) year membership in the LifeLock Standard service.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Weekly Prize is $110.

28 Daily Prizes:
The following prize shall be awarded once (1) per day during the Sweepstakes Period pursuant to Section 4: Two (2) thirteen ($13) movie coupons. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Daily Prize is $26.
