Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time ("PST")) on May 14th, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on July 13th, 2012.
Must be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or legal resident of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec), and be 18 years of age or older.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win:

- one (1) Ultimate Grilling and Summer Entertaining Gift Basket -$250.
Total approximate retail value for the grand prizes is $1,048.
Two (2) runner-ups will each win a $100 Gift Certificate from Cooking.com and a 6 month Signature Fruit of the Month Club valued at $215.65.
