Sweepstakes begins June 22, 2012, at 12:01 a.m. EDT, and ends August 3, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
Open to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and who are residents of the United States residing in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
"Like" the Concentra Facebook page, enter through the An Apple Per Day tab - https://www.facebook.co
One entry per person. Extra entries for referring friends.
Forty-two potential Winners will be chosen at random, one winner per day, from June 23, 2012 – August 3, 2012. Potential Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the registration.
Prizes. Each Winner will receive one of the following Apple® products:
