2012 See's National Lollypop Day Sweepstakes ~ 7/5 - 7/22/12

Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 7/5/12 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on 7/22/12.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ONLINE: During the Online Entry Period, you may enter online by visiting the website at http://www.sees.com/LollypopSweeps/ by providing your first and last name, zip code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address and continuing the entry process to its completion. Once you have completed the entry process, click the "Submit" button to submit your completed entry.

HOW TO ENTER AT PARTICIPATING SEE'S CANDIES RETAIL LOCATIONS: Beginning at store opening on 7/5/12 and continuing until store closing (time specific to local retail location) on 7/22/12, visit a participating See's Candies retail location and on an Official Entry Form (available while supplies last), or on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, handprint (no mechanical reproductions accepted) your first and last name, zip code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and email address. Submit your completed entry as directed at the participating retail location. By doing so, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.

GRAND PRIZE (one [1] "Grand Prize" will be awarded): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to San Francisco, CA for a VIP tour of the See's Lollypop Factory and (optionally) the See's Chocolate Factory. The Trip includes the following:
(i) roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport within the Eligibility Area, nearest the Grand Prize Winner's hometown (as selected by Sponsors) to San Francisco Airport,
(ii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a San Francisco hotel selected by Sponsors,
(iii) VIP access to Factory/Factories,
(iv) $100 per day (total) per diem for meals, and
(v) R/T ground transfers between Airport and Hotel.

Specific air carrier(s), Hotel and other Trip specifics detailed above are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors or their respective designee(s). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,000. The actual value of the Grand Prize travel may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and Hotel charges at the time of travel bookings. Actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. All travel is subject to the following restrictions and conditions: All additional meals, additional ground transfers, gratuities, excursions, insurance, incidentals, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion. If Grand Prize Winner elects to travel with no Travel Companion, no additional prize element will be substituted. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Sponsors or their respective designee(s). Grand Prize Winner must be able to travel during specific dates determined by Sponsors or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may or may not be selected at Sponsors' sole discretion. All travel is subject to availability. Travel must originate and end at the same major U.S. gateway airport within the Eligibility Area.
Grand Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date, city of origination, destination and return date. Grand Prize Winner and his or her Travel Companion will be required to provide valid government issued photo ID as required by travel authorities at time of travel as well as prior to admittance to Factory/Factories. If a Grand Prize Winner's residence is within 150 miles of San Francisco (as determined by Sponsors), the airfare portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsors or their respective designee. Releasees are not responsible for any changes of any element of Grand Prize Trip. Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of changes in schedule, flight cancellation or flight delays. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. All photos taken by prize winner and/or Sponsors' representative during the tour of the Factory/Factories shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sponsors and may not be used in any way by prize winner without the written permission of Sponsors.
No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once Hotel and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsors or their respective designee. An unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package, or portion thereof, will remain the property of Sponsors or their respective designee.

FIRST PRIZE (ten [10] "FIRST PRIZES" will be awarded): Each First Prize consists of a $50 See's Candies Gift Card, subject to all terms and conditions of use available at www.Sees.com.

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $4,500.
